One of the best
I read all the bad reviews and glad I purchased this. This is my second bottle and I hope lacera never discontinue it ever!! Yes it is very very thick. The trick is to mix a bit of oil with it and it goes on like a dream. I have very dry skin and this is the only lotion that's ever worked on it. Will always come back for more.

Don’t mix up which Lavera lotion you need
Ordered this one by mistake instead of the lovely Lavera lighter Lotion, this is really thick and can hardly move it around my skin… my daughter seems happy enough with it though.

Better than neutrogena
If you’re looking for a natural alternative to Neutrogena, then get this one!

Very thick.
This is great if you have dry skin. It’s the thickest body lotion I’ve ever tried. It’s quite difficult to spread. I think I’ll try their lighter option in the summer months.

Too much alcohol
I liked the rich texture, but dislike that it contains far too much alcohol! On the whole alcohol is toxic to me, and wish creams didn’t contain any!I cannot use this for that reason. A shame

Formula too thick
I tried...its too thick almost as thick as petrol, difficult to apply it, hard work...non absorb stayed on my skin formed unpleasant cold layer...

Lavera changing their formulas
I have used Lavera products for years. I have had two different products from Lavera where they are not the same formula as the previous one purchased or they have given me an allergy outbreak. It seems that they are undergoing a revamp but if it ain't broke don't fix it IMO.This product is much thicker than the previous sensitive body lotion and seems to separate when coming out of the container. I used the previous one as a cleanser without any problems, when using this one it gives me allergy breakouts and clogs my pores.Unfortunately Lavera has lost me as a customer. For a recommendation as alternative try E45 ... minimal ingredients at reasonable prices.

Moisturising but very thick
If you're after a super thick moisturiser then this is great- it definitely hydrates and doesn't sting my excema which is a plus, but it has such a thick consistency it's an effort to rub in!
