Bought for my best friend's ashes. A bit of irony in the design. About 25 years ago she was in a minor auto accident, her head hit the windshield and she sustained minor cuts to her forehead. When I saw her after the accident, I was wearing a sunflower top. She was recently killed in a car accident and died from massive head trauma. I never noticed the necklace had a sunflower until my daughter pointed it out. Kind of like ... what's meant to be will be and the irony in this all is a bit unsettling. Still not okay with it. I don't wear the necklace, don't really know why, I just can't or won't, not sure which. Sure is a lovely necklace though. Thank you.

Pretty but not as crisp and clear as the photo. I still liked them and my family members were happy with these. A little difficult to get the remains to fit in the tiny opening of necklace. I loved the idea that they will always have a part of their loved one close to them as they wear the necklace.

Ordered for my mother-in-law for her husbands ashes. It was so detailed in the engraving. Don’t expect to get a lot of ashes in the charm. It may have 1-2 teaspoons of ashes. It’s definitely a 2 handed job to do. The only issue we encountered, was the charm didn’t want to lay flat. It kept turning over. Due to over tightening we chose to use a tiny dab of super clue on the charm topper. This kept it tight and flat as she wore it, but there will be no opening it back up after using the glue.

This actually looks much better in person than in the photo. Service was fast and the quality is great for the price. The only complaint I have is that the funnel doesn't work. It's very cumbersome and the cremains do not flow through the funnel opening. It's too small. It's possible to just scoop them into the locket with a very small spoon.

I would give this zero stars if I could. My 16 year old son chose this because his best friend loved to play the guitar and was killed in a tragic car accident a few months ago, so he thought that it would be a perfect way to carry his friend’s ashes. Within 2 hours of wearing it it began to tarnish and now looks awful. He is extremely disappointed.

They look cheap, turned colors and the personalization on them you can’t even read what it says. Horrible cheap quality

I love the pendant, it's beautiful and everything I could've asked for. However within not even a week of wearing the necklace, the chain latch broke. I now need to buy a new chain after spend $50+ on this necklace.
