Sturdy, attractive, and excellent value!
Purchased this for my husband’s home office and it has been worth every penny! It’s a small but attractive desk that has plenty of room. My husband uses two wide monitors and still has plenty of room for a laptop, keyboard, phone, and CPU. The built in plugs on the surface are perfect for plugging in chargers. The assembly was not overly difficult but is definitely easiest with two people. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took probably an hour or so to assemble and is absolutely NOTHING in comparison to IKEA furniture (lol). The desk looks much like the image online. Other reviewers stated issues with sturdiness, but I have had no issues whatsoever with sturdiness. This desk can easily hold the weight that would be expected for an average desk and doesn’t wiggle or creak. Monitors easily fit on the raised shelf around the desk as well. Overall I would say this desk is a great value for the price and is perfect for a small space.

Great Desk
Overall, I am very satisfied with this desk for my needs. Everyone has different needs, so I can't say whether this is the right desk for your situation. So my approach to this review will be to answer some questions that still remained for me after I had read the other reviews that existed at the time I was considering this desk.First is the question of material and stability. The product description lists this as being made of medium-density fiberboard, which is stronger than the typical particle board, but the only part of the desk where the wood is exposed shows not MDF but what I would consider a coarser particle board. This one part was the keyboard tray, so perhaps other parts are indeed MDF. Type of wood notwithstanding, in practice I have no complaints with the sturdiness of the desk. Notably, the main desk level is reinforced by the steel frame under the entire perimeter of every one of its panels. So, for example, if you are resting on your elbows against the edge of your desk, it is not just the wood that is supporting you but the frame underneath, across every edge of the main level. The finish was another concern I had, as I read in another review that this finish was very weak, and the other person recommend to never set drinks on the desk without a coaster. Of course, that advice is also—even especially—true of expensive fine furniture. I was afraid that review meant that the finish was like the papery veneer on those very cheap affairs you can purchase at the big general stores. But happily, it is not so. This is finished with a layer of black plastic veneer (with woodgrain texture) that is impervious to water, and it seems to hold up well. It is certainly better than the paper-like stuff that wears away in short time. Note that I have the black model, so perhaps the "rustic brown" model may be different.Paying attention to measurements is important for making sure you will get the ergonomics you are expecting to get (clearance for keyboard tray, screen height, etc.), and I was somewhat uncertain when some of the answers given in the Q&A contradicted the diagram given in the product images. In particular, one person asked the height from the floor to the main desk level (not the shelf above and the keyboard tray below). The diagram shows 30 inches, but the person responding on the part of the seller said 24.9 inches (which would be far too low for me). Now that I have the desk installed, I can confirm that the diagram is correct: it is 30 inches from the floor to the top of the main desk surface, or about 29 inches of clearance from the floor to the bottom of the frame below that same surface. The total height from the floor to the uppermost surface of the product is a little over 35 inches, which, again, is just as the diagram shows. One important thing to consider is vertical measurements of the keyboard. First, how much clearance is there from the floor to the bottom of the keyboard tray (i.e., leg room)? I measured it at 26.5 inches, which, for me as a 6' man, I am pleased to say is sufficient. The other important factor is the height from the top of the keyboard tray to the bottom frame of the desk above (i.e., clearance for keyboard and mouse when the tray is pushed back). It is about 1 9/16 inch (or 4 cm), which is not enough for taller mice. The width of the usable keyboard tray space is a little under 23.5 inches. It is not enough for a typical extended keyboard (the kind with arrow keys and num pad) AND a regular mouse pad. I use an Apple extended keyboard and their separate trackpad, along with a wrist rest, all on the keyboard tray, and I keep a mouse just above on the desk for the occasions when I feel like a mouse will give better control. Finally, the tray is 10 3/4 in the other dimension, and when it is fully extended, it pulls out 8 inches beyond the edge of the desk; that is to say, the back 2 3/4 inches is always under the desk. One curious thing not documented is that the mounting brackets for the keyboard tray allow a configuration where the keyboard tray can be 1/2 inch or 1 inch higher than its lowest position. So if you want up to one extra inch of leg clearance in exchange for the keyboard clearance, that choice is up to you.Another reviewer mentioned that the bolts the clamps that attach the top shelf are not nearly long enough, and I can't deny that is so based on the photos supplied in that review. Perhaps the manufacturer has started sending the clamps with longer bolts, because they all of them may be screwed on tightly with about 3/32" extra space on the bolts to spare. One final thing to note is the customer service. The USB portion of the power strip on my unit failed after a few days. I contacted the manufacture (Rolanstar) via their contact form on their website, and they sent a replacement part. I didn't have to be mean or threaten them or anything of the sort: I just explained the situation and asked if I could have another, and they kindly responded back, asking only for my address. For a couple reasons, I believe the response came from China from a non-native speaker (no surprise: this is listed as a Chinese product), but still it was smooth, with responses coming in less than 24 hours and the replacement part mailed to me via standard UPS from location in the US. The replacement part has been functioning for about a week and a half at this point, and as none of the other reviews have mentioned this failure, I am hopeful it was just one of those rare things.I normally don't bother to write reviews, but because of the prompt service at replacing the part without quibbling or fees, I want to encourage them to keep it up by posting a good review. And indeed, in the end this desk is just what I needed.

Super nice!
This is a great desk for the price point. Only took an hour to assemble did it by myself although probably would’ve been faster with two. Not too small and not too big for an apartment space. The only reason I’ve given it a 4 out of 5 is simply for the fact that the raised monitor portion does not clamp properly to the main desk part. This was solved simply by using foam from the packaging it came in as a filler and tightening the clamps. Easy to rig up and super nice.

Kinda better than expected
I'm 4'10 and generally uncoordinated but i was able to build this desk by myself in about 2 hours. I took my time though so im sure anyone could do it a little faster, although you do need a power tool to drill holes for some things, mostly the keyboard tray. If it wobbles you'll need to adjust some screws or the adjustable feet.I was a little apprehensive about this desk for its price and how thin the desk surface looks but it actually feels quite stable and nice to the touch. Obviously it's not as sturdy as other desks but as long as you stay mindful about how much you're leaning on it i don't think it will break. Outlets work perfectly fine. It holds my big monitor comfortably on the top shelf and my extensive collection of stationery and books around the desk and nothing looks like it's giving way yet. My only complaints are that i wish it came with two side hooks instead of just one and that i wish the attached shelf didn't stick out past the main desk surface. I would find it much easier to organize my desk if the main desk was long enough that i could fit a basket under the shelf to make a sort of makeshift drawer. As it is now with the gap, my baskets just fall down the back of the desk instead. But I knew it would be like that when I bought it so that's okay.i put cardboard under the clamps for the shelves to make sure they had a firm grip on the desk since it's so thin. i would recommend doing this if you're concerned about the shelf falling or not fitting right.

Perfect! Sturdy and true quality! Easy to assemble - Couldn't be any easier!
The media could not be loaded. First off, this came packaged so well! No damage. Got here quickly! The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I put this together by myself and I'm small 5'3. All the hardware was accounted for and I was so excited! It looked wonderful and sturdy. This is a solid desk for a beginner and even non-beginner if you are on a budget. I also added lights to it and turned it into my own little paradise. You will not be disappointed with this. Great product, great price, easy assemble and spacious!

Great desk!!
I use this as both my regular gaming area, as well as streaming and general computer usage desk, put together great, very sturdy and perfect for my setup. It's a bit big, but it's the perfect size for me. Strongly recommend for anyone using tvs as monitors or want plenty of space even with multiple displays and such.

Easy Assembly and Sturdy
This desk arrived in great shape. Everything was clearly marked/labeled and there were extra screws. It also cane with a mini screwdriver in addition to the allen key so no other tools were needed. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and clear. It was simple enough to put together. 2 people recommended for certain parts, but I was able to get it done alone (except for attaching the top 'shelf' piece). The desk is sturdy and looks like the pictures shown. I did not attach the hook. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product.

Well worth the cost!
I've been leery of buying furniture online lately and when my old desk finally gave out, my hand was forced as nothing local was suiting my needs or budget. Rest easy should you decide to get this desk!It arrived the next day (and for the first time ever, I had a positive experience with Purolator!) and the packaging was in decent shape. Once I had everything laid out, I found no damaged parts. It comes with everything one needs to assemble, including tools and a few extra screws...at least I hope these are extras!Putting this together can be done by one person and you don't need an engineering degree. Just follow the steps, read forward if you're unsure, take your time and ensure you're using the proper bits. Thanks to another review here, I was spared the possibility of of breaking the shelf; I can see now how it would happen. What I did was attach the stands to the long shelves first, leaving the end that meets the center shelf. I then loosely fitted them to the desk ( so I could slide them back and forth into position) and then attached the small middle shelf. Lastly, I tightened the clamps to secure the whole thing. This allowed me to not risk breaking it while flipping it over. If you have two people, that risk is null, though. And finally, the feet! They screw into the bottom (very first step) and allow for leveling. All furniture should come with these. I live in a very old building and just about everything here is on at least one shim. Not this desk though! Cheers!I discovered I was missing 3 of the 4 keyboard hangers and while the seller was quick to reply, they did not have the accessories available separately to send to me. They offered a small refund.I would definitely buy from this seller/company again and thoroughly recommend you do the same.

Great Desk!
This desk is absolutely beautiful and simple. It is very modern and eye appealing, but more importantly it's sturdy. Having the power outlet feature built right into the desk is super helpful for charging devices while working or creating a "charging station".One of the drawbacks to this desk is the amount of setup required. I got part way in and was really wondering what I got myself into, however once I got the frame setup the rest went quickly. Be prepared for 2-3 hours minimum for setup.Once I got it set up and situated how I wanted it is perfect! The raised portion of the desk is great for setting my monitor on. It allows me to be sitting with my head more straight rather than looking down. Overall fantastic value for the desk and the quality is pretty decent! Another point to add is that this setup comes with extra hardware which is super helpful in case a piece is lost or defective.

A stellar product! I purchased the L-shaped desk 54x54 (CPT015-V2 in rustic brown; ASIN B095H59NDR) and absolutely love it!I was very impressed with how it was packaged, the clearly labeled parts, the free tools, and the easy-to-read instructions. The box the desk came in had been damaged through shipping with a rather serious dent (cardboard had separated and the styrofoam was exposed with at least a 2-inch dent on the edge and another on the large flat side), but because of the care and attention that the company made with the packaging, not one scratch or dent could be found. The desk is very sturdy and was very simple to put together by myself. They recommend 2 people for the shelf unit, but I did it by myself by installing the corner shelf last with the other two shelves loosely in place so I could tighten them up against the corner before locking it all down.I'm really happy with everything about this desk. I also contacted the company regarding the damage to the box, but let them know that the desk was fine because of their above-and-beyond packaging to protect their product. They responded within 24 hours and thanked me for letting them know. It's rare to find a company that cares and takes pride in their product and ensuring it's safe arrival to its final destination. Their customer service also speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to purchase their products again.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, period !!!
Nothing to dislike. Had 2 larger desks before that were L shaped as this one & LOVE this one for video production with the monitor stand.IF… you are right handed you will probably want the wing on the right side. IF… left handed then probably left side.Very easy to assembly with 2 people. Excellent instructions, spare parts, everything fit perfectly.NOTES: 🔴PAY particular attention when putting the leg stands & cross supports together for either the right or left wing setup.Be sure metal supports for monitor stand are facing correctly when putting together so that when flipped they are correct.PAY particular attention to tray bracket alignment for screw. IF… not in correct setting then will have minimal space for key board between tray & desk.ROLANSTAR, ⁉️⁉️⁉️Can You’s design an enclosed shallow drawer with partitions as an add on to add to the available spare keyboard position for either the right or left. Would gladly purchase as an extra accessory for the desk. Can You’s design an end table with more shallow drawers for availability.Thank You for Awesome Products !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
