Burger Tuning N55 JB4 Tuner E-Series BMW 135I 335I X1

I ordered several thousand dollars of new parts for my 335i from Burger Tuning and other suppliers. Ordering from Burger Tuning was easy, and they delivered the parts the fastest.It was several weeks for the other suppliers to fill my orders. One of the supplies had to be pestered several times. After 3-4 weeks I had received all the parts and took the car to the mechanic. The mechanic and I inventoried everything and found 1 small part missing from the order with Burger Tuning. I sent them an email and the next day I received a notice they had shipped this missing part.Yep, customer service extraordinaire!

I haven't purchased from Amazon but I've had the JB4 installed along with the bluetooth kit for a couple months until MHD came out.It is a great little thing, straightforward install with lots of videos on how-to.Love the ability to switch maps on the fly, but I've went with the MHD route for its ease, however, I will have to buy another JB4 to install port injection!

Dont expect any sort of customer service from Burger Tuning themselves. Ive had a couple issues now and they have no phone number listed. you can contact them via email but the response will be to go post your question on the n54 forums. Maybe im showing my age but this isnt the sort of support im used too. If im having an issue on the track and its business hours i would like to know I can call and get an answer instead of waiting on a forum reply that may or may not be from some yayhoo with incorrect information.The device definitely works but you really need to depend on forums for answers.
