Easy to install, functional, attractive
We just redid our master bath with a custom shower. We did a lot of shopping around and looking at different components, getting quotes, planning crazy plumbing and dreading the impending expense. One night I happened across these units while I was poking around looking at bathroom fixtures. What a find! We have everything we wanted in a single package and the plumbing was a breeze. Even better, we were able to install two of these for a fraction of the cost of our initial plan. The installation was very straightforward, just a few brackets for the wall and simple hot/cold plumbing connections. The appearance is very well suited for the darker toned tile we used in the shower, the color blends nicely and the units look very clean and modern. The cost is great for what you get. It's frightening what you can spend to achieve a similar effect with a custom solution.Functionally I have no complaints. It didn't take us long to get used to the controls. They are very easy to operate and don't really require any thought once you get used to the layout. I do like that you can enable everything at once, we have very high water pressure and it works pretty well even with both units going. There is definitely a drop in pressure as you enable more and more of the outlets, but I understand that my desire for more water to blast through the pipe does not increase the diameter of the plumbing to enable the desired higher flow. I did try concentrating really, really hard to see if I could somehow get more water to come out, but my best efforts were ineffective.I contacted the seller before ordering to get the documentation for the product so my contractor could make sure it was a viable solution. They responded within hours with the docs, so their customer service definitely seems to be paying attention.Other than its inability to magically upgrade all of my plumbing, I have no complaints.Note: Because I was planning on this shower being a little out of hand, we did a substantial upgrade to our hot water system prior to installing these units. These babies can blast through a lot of water very quickly depending on how you use them, so plan your hot water solution accordingly. I'm not a plumber and can't make any specific recommendations as to what you should do for your setup, but I'd definitely recommend consulting a pro.

My best remodel purchase to date
The media could not be loaded. I had been looking at custom showers for a while, but could not stomach spending thousands on parts, plumbing work, and lots of tile cuts. So I took a gamble on this, never seeing or using one in person. I'm 3 weeks into using it and so far it's my best remodel decision ever! It's a wonderful unit with great water pressure, and the valves allow me to easily turn water on and off to soap up, then rinse off, saving alot of water. First piece of advice, you have to first remove the water regulators.Plumbing and install was really easy, just watch the videos, the printed ones weren't very helpful. A template for the mounting brackets would also have been nice, but my contractor was familiar with install and had it up and running in less than 1 hour. I have great water pressure with multiple sprays at the same time. The finish on this is perfect for what I wanted, and I saved atleast $1500 compared to all custom parts, plumbing, and tiling work. Be advised that it is not smudge proof, I wipe it down after use and it's been fine. Unfortunately, the hose for the hand sprayer I got was useless, the attachment was backwards, i just used an old one I had lying around and it works great. If anything breaks, I could easily unmount it and repair, or just buy another with as inexpensive as these are, comparatively.

Worst shower by far
The media could not be loaded. The worst. Lucky for you guys it is out of stock. It broke with me twice. The first time i was able to get a replacement. The second time which is a few months after my warranty expired and they were asking me to replace the temp nob with no guarantee it will fix the issue. And no refund or replacement if the part doesn’t work. When i bought this shower it was a well over priced compared to other shower panels and i thought this is the one but i was wrong. Verrrry poor product. Very disappointed at amazon to allow such sellers

Sharp looking darker stainless finish
I have been wanting a tower like this for a while. So when we remodeled our master bath, I put a tower, and a standard shower in on opposite walls. I'm glad I put two different types of shower units in, because my wife does not like this tower. I mean she likes the look, got a stainless steal look but the finish is much darker after getting wet, and goes with our oil rubbed bronze finishes in the bathroom. The pressure and output is not great because each feature has a thin hose supplying water from the main hub to the diverter, so you can run all 4 features at once with no noticeable loss in pressure. The rain head and wand are what I use the most, Didn't like the cheap wand that came with, so I upgraded to one that increases flow by 35%. The body jets are useless. Don't call them messagers, because they basically just spit water. The top ones are weaker than the bottom ones, but then again it is a small hose feeding all 8 body sprays. The waterfall feature is ok, I like it for rinsing my razor when I shave, pretty much all it is good for. Some words of advice when installing. Make sure all plastic connections are hand tight before installing, mine where not and leaked like crazy. Also take a Phillips screw driver and tighten all hose clamps. Mine were all loose and leaking. Make user you don't kink the supply hoses when mounting the unit. They are vey close to the bottom bracket, and get pinched very easy. For the most part, this is a nice attractive unit, just wish the guts were able to support more water flow and pressure to the features. Probably why this is a $200 tower and not a $1000 tower.
