I start my review which is honest, I am disabled so haven’t the movement as some people that work out to get the full benefits.I do like walking my dogs but limited how far I can goNaturally in the warm weather I perspire a lot.So bearing that in mind, I am wearing the t shirt daily at home, have washed as well.The size featured I have fits absolutely perfect, my size…🇬🇧 size 14Height 5ft 9inBust 36DDThe black material made really well, no defectsThe material is specially made to not turn up, lies nicely over shorts, leggings and jeans etcThe material although may or may not work to loose weight through exercise , hasn’t done anything for me personally as yet. But to be fair, it is early days.As a runner or in the gym, the inner material I would say would be good for you, I have to be fairHowever just to wear daily for me, working up a sweat doing house work, or dog walking sheds a different light on it.The way I have to wear the t shirt feels a bit strange I won’t lie. Feels like Teflon next to my bare skin, obviously to maintain heat but keep the athletic cool, I accept that way of looking at things.As doing my bits of exercise I feel it is best warn on a hot day, why? Because for example like today writing this review, the material clacks against my bare skin and feels sticky, and cold, in my room it is 20 degrees today, and the coldness of the material does make me so cold, I put a cardigan on..So if wearing as a day to day t shirt and not as a work out top, you may experience the same as me..Supposed to be a t shirt for men, but my husband is skinny enough, it’s me who needs to tone up, difficult with my disabilities, but I try.I am giving 4* because I cannot comment on people who use for physical activity, but as someone like me who is limited, but hopes for some useful support from the t shirt despite the cold feeling and clackyness, tacky feeling.Superbly made no doubts on that* hopefully my review is helpful to you* Thank you to the seller, perfect fit

I ordered the Large- X Large and was surprised and disappointed to see how small it was upon opening, the sizing resembled a women's size 12/14 top. I know these types of tops are supposed to be quite tight fitting so I got my hubby to try it on and he commented that he liked the material and look of the teeshirt overall but it felt far too tight for his body size,(he is medium to large in most tops) the top wouldn't fit my son either, so i can't comment on how successfully it works sadly.The top does have some nice features for example the material is made of nylon and spandex and it does contour and shape your body, my hubby has a small protruding belly so i don't think it was the look he was going for! but i think it just depends on your body type and shape as to wether it suits or not and buying the right size is also important for comfort factor.The material is breathable so great for working out in the gym or at home, i noticed that the material is different under the arm area so am assuming this is to help with excess sweating whilst working out?. The top has a shiny material on the inside and this helps to give you a sauna like experience, it rises your body temperature and thus is supposed to help you shed the pounds.I can't comment if this is true or not as i didn't get the chance to try it out.🙁 however i did like the top and found it to be well made and nice quality.

Now I can live out all my MMA cutting dreams and look good doing it.The sweatshirt itself is well-stitched, looks externally like a pretty ordinary T-shirt, and fits pretty true to size, I'm an M/L and this L fits as well as I could hope.It's tight-fitting, but not uncomfortably so, and seals well around the arms and waist to ensure maximum heat-retention and sweatiness. The internal material feels a little 'non-slip' and pulls a little on dry skin but that soon disappears once you've been exercising a few minutes.While great for exercising it would also be a great under-shirt for the outdoors/winter, but I'd probably recommend a size up if you plan on using it for extended periods of time.

I have to sat that the material of sweatshirt is super thin, breathable, and comfortable. You can move freely while running without being bulky.Wearing this men tank top while working out or performing daily activities, creates a hot sauna-like experience.Yes that's work for sure.The size of this shirt is just perfect and when i started using couple weeks ago i can see very good results so i can say that this shirt is worth to spend any money for sure.

The Termo T-shirt is very nicely designed, black on the outside, navy blue on the inside with a very nice sheen. True to size. Quality tailoring, all seams are very even and well finished. The Thermo T-shirt is very comfortable to play sports, it tightly fits the body and quickly performs its thermo functions. The Thermo T-shirt material is easy and quick to clean and wash. The material is very durable and high quality. I advise everyone!

This tshirt helps you a lot to get hot quick and sweat more than normal , even if you do just few minutes exerciseIt is for men bit I have worn myself as find it very comfortable and easy to work with it .Size is good just order your normal one as it doesn't need to be loose otherwise won't work.It is easy to clean too you can hand-wash it or in very low temperature washing machine

It's warm weather at the moment, so I'm sweating a bit more than usual anyway, but while wearing this to go running I certainly worked up quite a sweat. It wasn't uncomfortable though, which is pleasing. I'm very hopeful that this will be of great use in the winter months. It fits well and it is not uncomfortable. It also looks pretty good, which is a bonus.
