Q: Can you put these with a tea light candle?

These have essential oils on them so I wouldn't put them next to a flame. You could use them inside a warmer saucer with the tea light underneath.

Q: Some reviews state non-dissolving, should I place in blender to make crystals more salt like?

Mine have always dissolved within 5 minutes. I put it in before I turn on the tap (where the water will hit the crystals) and then brush my teeth while the tub is filling. By then they are dissolved. Sometimes there may be one that doesn't dissolve all the way, but I don't see a problem with it.

Q: Instructions say to use at least 2 lbs (40oz) of salts. The jar isn't even that big. How much do you use for a bath?

I use a little wooden scoop. It holds 1-2 tablespoons.
