For honest review. Fantastic stuff I have now lost almost 50 pounds so far just be careful if you have diabetes this effect sugars . Since I had my blood work come back saying I'm pre diabetics ,but when I went off it for one month then took my bloodwork again and no pre diabetics markers . So I still give a five star because I don't have to do anything except take two pills before I eat . So thank you .
