I am a plumber. I use this level frequently and I love it.Why:This level is made for sloping things at 1-2% ( 1/8" - 1/4") slopes.When I want to really dial in a slope as accurately as possible this level does it so well. Especially when your trying to do an exact 1/8 per inch slope on a 3-4" drain pipe. I basically use it anywhere that's a long enough stretch to fit it.Simply put: It is SO much easier to get a very accurate slope with this level because of the specialized vials.If you install sloped drain pipe for a living or have a big DIY project this level can help make what you are doing much faster and easier.It seems very accurate when I compare and test it with the other levels I own. If they made a smaller version I would buy it without hesitation but the 24" is a very useful size. If I hadn't recently bought a 4' level with slope markings that is adequate I would buy the 4' also. I prefer this level everwhere it isn't too long to fit the length of pipe I am installing.

Decent quality for the money. Takes a bit of getting used to the three nearly identical vials after using gradient vials for years.

Picture on Amazon for 48” is incorrect. Has 5 total bubbles on the 48” adding a .5% and the 1.5% 1.5% works perfect for building ADA sidewalks.

This is a godsend. Using this for my French drain and to grade my soon to be patio. Definitely buy the longest one you can afford if you are doing this kind of work. Made grading super easy.

So convenient to use for my tiny job. The only bad thing is it enabled me to be more annoyingly OCD with the little space I was working on.

Great level

This level is so smart - instead of using gradient vial lines it has a separate vial for each slope – Level, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%. It makes my work so much quicker and easy. I love those features that Kapro keeps bringing to the market – they are really useful. The quality of the level itself is very good – sturdy, rubberized endcaps, solid acrylic vials with an accuracy of 0.0005"/" !!!, very high quality milled surface tested and certified in Germany. couldn't ask for more in a professional tiling level.
