This book is complete garbage. I regret wasting my time reading this as it is composed of filler words and self praise but no real method or lesson.

This book is full of information...that can help in all walks of life...personal or business. For example...it can help be a better Dad or Mother...or just a better friend. Or, it can help being a better employee or manager...or team player. It’s amazing the things I now see that I over looked before.

This book was hard to follow and really didn’t help at all.

I have a background in psychology, so that might cloud my rating. The book is pretty basic, I actually skipped most of it as it presented basic, general senses, content. Few good recommendations here and there, but at the end is not a practical guide.
