Improperly packaged by manufacturer resulting in spillage.
Disliked the manufacturers packaging resulting in spillage all over floor, table and sofa. I lost use of more than 3/4 of product as I had to vacuum the granulesin order to clean them up.

Dont use poweded detergents
Our tank got drained 3yrs after buying the house. I guess the orig owner used powdered detergent & flushed lots of grease in the drain. According to septic guy there's lots of solids so they charged us extra. His advise was dont use powder detergents & dont flush grease.I used septic treatment just to be safe. We used liquid soap, no grease. Installed strainer at kitchen sink. After 7 yrs septic guy said its perfect keep doing what we're doing. No issues about solids.I strongly think nature can dissolve waste in septic. No septic treatment necessary. But if its cheap im willing to use septic treatment

It works!!!
This product is working just as expected! We have had septic problems for several years and had been using another well-known product, but it didn't seem to be helping - so, was excited to find this one. Plus, there is a pleasant odor each time you use it. Highly recommend!

Meh. Short lasting effect for showers.
March 2022: Before any negative comments are made - yes this was used for a shower drain, where there is a stench of sewage.This product was bought based on reviews, that it is a USA product, non toxic, bio type and 12 month's worth of product, in effort to replace a costlier but effective other manufacturer septic treatment.The treatment worked well for about 10 days. Yes, that's 10 days. Will try an increased measurement measurement and update again.
