Easy to use, but needs instructions.
This product worked great, had all the parts necessary. The only thing I would ask for the future is to have a small instruction sheet, as I had to look up the instructions online yet have a phone with no battery in it at the same time.

Plastic, not metal.
When I read that it was metal and so cheap I thought that it was too good to be true. Turn's out it was, it is plastic and the same as the one I had originally on my phone that broke.The cheap price is the only reason it's getting 2 stars and not 1 for the false advertisement.

Within 10 days of switching out my charge port cover, this piece broke again where it wouldnt stay shut. Wont be buying this again. I am not aggressive with my phone so it should not have broke!
