I was pleased to try this 'Charles Smith｜Mens Leather Wallet｜100% Genuine Leather｜Hand Crafted | Colorado Leather | Black｜Tri-Fold Wallet｜Gifts for Him'. This review is for the black version.1. The wallet is presented really well, inside a grey branded quality cardboard gift box. Inside the box it has been wrapped in grey patterned tissue paper and also a clear plastic sleeve. It would make a great looking gift.2. Empty, it measures about 9.5cm wide x 12.3cm long x 2cm deep. A nice size for the pocket.3. The quality black leather is smooth, not the grainy type, with a satin sheen - there is perfect edge stitching in a tonal grey.4. Inside it opens, immediately, like a book with two sections - the right hand has a coin purse, with a closure flap that is held by a popper- the inner part is lined with black and grey silk like fabric and there is a gusset that opens out to 6cm at the top. The left hand has four card slots and a pressure stamped Charles Smith logo. Then you can open the left hand flap, so that you have a three fold wallet. Inside the, now furthest left side, is the area that you would put your travel card - this is lined with the same material as the coin part. This travel card section makes it very easy to flip open for scanning at a station etc. There is another sideways slide in pocket in the middle section and also another 4 card slots. Towards the back is where you keep your 'paper' money - there are two generously sized lined pockets that you access from the top. All in all it definitely has enough pockets, card slots and the coin part for me.5. The whole wallet is RFID protected. This means that it has a special screen material inside that prevents scammers from accessing your card details as they pass by.6. I love that this company was established in Nottingham in 1836. I assume, therefore, that the wallet has been made in the UK, if not it is at least a long established UK company..7. The price of £23.99 is good value for money in my opinion, as this is a quality, well made and well designed wallet. I am extremely happy with it.

This Charles smith, Mens Leather Wallet, comes in a nice box, makes it very much giftable, and my dad loves it!Made from nicely finished top-quality leather, feels pleasant to touch and has plenty of slots to keep the cards, notes, coins etc. The size of the pockets is perfect, not too big or small; it makes it easy to take cards out and put them back, and well stitched too.The tri-fold design is good; it can hold more cards, but it's very thick when folded, though. It doesn't look nice, a bit uncomfortable in the back pocket; I think it's more suitable in the mens bag.

I'm someone who always has coupons and vouchers crammed into my wallet, in addition to the usual wallet contents of money and debit cards. But now I've finally found a traditional tri-fold design that is big enough for everything whilst maintaining it's sleek appearance, that is made with great quality leather, doesn't look ugly AND is affordable. It's a Christmas [all year round, really] miracle.The wallet is wrapped  in tissue, which is then fabulously presented in a card box, so if you're buying them as a gift, there is no need to fiddle over wrapping odd shapes 🤪

This is a tri-fold wallet, the bill fold section is bi-fold but there is an additional fold for cards and stuff. The leather is good and it is nicely finished. The tri-fold design provides loads of space and practicality, there are lots of card slots and plenty of space for bank notes. The wallet is discrete, all black and with nothing to draw attention to it which is nice in my view. It also has RFID protection. Overall a nicely finished, very practical wallet at a modest cost, highly recommended.
