REDMONDRe-Lyte Pre-Workout Drink Mix, Sampler Pack, 4 Sticks

I’ve tried two of the flavors so far and watermelon is my favorite! Used it after my long run and I felt great rest of day. I purchased the sample pack to ensure I liked the flavor and performance. I will definitely order the bigger product.

Been using this pre workout for a couple months now 5-6 days a week for weight training and cardio. Peach is my personal pick on the two flavors. Like that there is no crap ingredients, or added/fake sugars. Works well and doesn't give me the crash like so many other pre workouts do and it's not too strong for me. Female, 5'3 136lbs.

This product tastes really bad. Most importantly, it made me feel as though I was having an allergic reaction. Immediately after drinking a half packet mixed with 12 ounces of water, my ears, face, hands got hot, red and burning. I was too sick to workout . This product has a no return policy.

I love the taste of this product and the hydration it gives. I do wish it dissolved a little easier and didn't cause the tingling feeling, especially on my face. It did give a good boost in energy without causing jitters, but I did experience a bit of a crash when it wore off. Overall, its a great product with quality ingredients, and is a good value for the money.

The pre-workout is okay; it gives a decent energy boost before my workouts. However, the taste is a bit too intense for my liking, and I really didn’t experienced any jitters. It gets the job done, but I might explore other options next time. I can not even tell you which flavor I preferences. Not too bad but I’ve tasted better.

Bought these for my son’s Easter Basket and he is loving them. He works out daily and is a manager at a fitness center and is not new to the workout and hydration supplements. He said that all the supplements he has tried in his years there is always some kind of “crash” as they wear off and he is not experiencing that with this product.

After doing a lot of research I bought this for my husband to replace his old pre-workouts. We’re trying to move on to clean products with no toxins, attitudes, food coloring etc.he loves it and it works well. I just wish they sold it in a huge bottle on Amazon. The benefit of these individual packages as they are easy for the go and you can use it as a sample to try it before purchasing from the website directly which is far more cost-effective for the bottle

I love Redmond’s salt due to mineral content. I have used the regular re-lyte packets (not pre workout) with no problems so wanted to try this. This, however caused my blood pressure to increase too high. Not a good match for me. It also made me nauseous.
