I love these gel pens, but do have one complaint. The box states that there is supposed to be 130 refills and there wasn't any. Why does the box say so and you don't get them? I just ordered 3 more boxes of these because I thought I might have gotten an order that was messed up. Please let me know where the refills are. I love the way the pens are marked with color and the ease of using them. These are the only pens I want to use from now on. Only giving 4 stars because of missing refills.

These are very nice gel pens! Colors are bright and vivid, and the flow of ink is good, but not too fast. They are not gloopy nor do they glob up, and they dry very quickly. The only 'complaint' I have are the trays they come in make it difficult to get the pens out and put them back. I fixed that by simply taking them out of the trays and putting them in a basket. Problem solved!Updated: These pens were delivered November 4, 2016, and I've been using them almost exclusively. I've had some problems with them. A couple of pens wouldn't work at all, not even after floating them in very hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. Several are gloopy, and blob ink. Several more don't cover evenly. I will not be purchasing again.

This is a VERY nice set of pens. They color very nicely The selection of 130 colors is great. There are some unusual shades, and even more unusual names on the colors. THE NAMES AND NUMBERS ARE THE BEST THINGS ABOUT5 THE PENS!!!. Each pen has a color name and identifying number on it. They are easy to organize, to find the exact color you used previously. You can get refills for the pens and actually put them in the correct pen You don't need to guess if you are putting the refill in the right pen.THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST TO REPLACE THE ONE PEN THAT DID NOT WRITE AT ALL!!!!!HEY COMPANY!!! PLEASE SEND ME PEN 104, GLITTER AND NEON LIGHT GREEN COLOR!!!!!Thanks!!!

At first I was very happy! I still am, but after I started using the pens I found a few that the I k leaked out. Maybe I just hot a bad set because I bought a used set inspected by Amazon. Amazon customer service reacted right away. The pens are wonderful for coloring and writing. The colors are bright vibrant and so far not at all scratchy. I'll buy the refills when I need them.

I just got these wonderful gel pens in the mail a few hours ago. However, the one thing i am a bit disappointed in, is on the front of my package it says the following: Bonus! +130 Refill Ink Tubes.I looked all throughout the package, & did not see them included. Other than that, i really enjoy the variety that is included in this set & who knows, perhaps i will order from them again in the future.Update: I DID order this exact same set & it was delivered 2 days ago & once again, on the front of the package it says "Bonus! 130+ Refill Tubes. I did NOT receive any refill tubes...Highly disappointed. :/

Great pens, horrible container! It arrived with all the stickers that were supposed to hold it closed undone & folded like it was previously opened. Can't give it as a gift. Not easy to remove the pens from the package & put them back in. Gonna have to go into a different container. Great for my adult coloring books though!

I'm super impressed with the quality of these pens! I've already used about 80 of them & I've only found 3 that I had problems with. With a little shake & patience, they started working. My favorites are the glitter. They put off a great color on paper. They are fine point so coloring with them makes it much easier for detailed art. They put out a lot of ink so use sparingly! But for the money, I wouldn't mind buying another set!

love the pens but the picture on the package was not the same when I received my pens you said no duplicates I got duplicates the box of pens I got came in a clear plastic box. I think you need to take this picture of the gel pens off if your not going to send them the way you advertise them. But I do like the pen I would buy them again.
