Follow the directions in the instructions: adjust the blade on the silver slider to 2.0, then press down from the front (white side of blade) until blade comes off, put a drop on the white side (middle of blade and each side so it drips to tip between the blades) and the push blade back on. Be sure to use the oil that came with the product or geared to clippers specifically.

Q: How do you remove the blade?

Never had to. If it's not broken don't take it apart.
