Good for Mixing
This water is not one that you drink by itself. The taste is too bland but when you mix it with a fruit flavored protein powder, crystal light, and stevia. You have an awesome drink.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
I really love this product! I had the gastric sleeve procedure in March and this product has been a lifesaver. It helps keep me hydrated, meet my protein goals AND tastes great. I have had the lemon and peach and like them both. Best when very cold.

I have had all three flavors and love them all but peach is by far my favorite. A great way to get more protein in your diet would love it even more if there was another version with a non-dairy protein, but this is my go-to.
