Great Flavor and Ingredients
I served this as a side dish for my husband, daughter, and I, and it was a hearty one that we all enjoyed. It was very flavorful due to the curry spice, but not overpowering. It has a thick brown gravy, which was prevalent throughout the vegetables, so it reminds me more of a stew rather than a bowl of vegetables and chickpeas, like I thought it would. A pouch was very easy to send in my husband's lunch, so he could fix it easily in the microwave right in the pouch. He said it was very satisfying and could send it every day in his lunch! I highly recommend this product and he does, too.

delicious
This is a delicious combination of green chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, and kale. I found that microwaving this in the bag made too much of a popping sound, so I poured it into a microwave bowl and that worked fine. The pouch does have a base that allows it to sit up, so if you microwave it at work, you don't need an extra bowl because the pouch has a tear-off indentation to make it into a small bowl, which is a neat feature. The flavors are nice and earthy and rich. Seasoned just right. This is a good quick meal to have on hand.

Tasty and generally healthy, good on its own
I'm always looking for those quick heat-and-eat meals that I can keep in the pantry and pull out on a lazy day. That said, I do worry about nutritional content, and always consider added salt and sugar. This product has a lot of healthy ingredients and is relatively tasty.One pouch makes a good meal for one. I would say this is pretty hearty. You can easily heat the pouch and dump it into a bowl, and pair it with crackers, a pita, or naan. I don't feel like a base of rice or grains is needed, but you could easily split this pouch with somebody if you turn it into a bigger, hearty meal. The single pouch is 270 calories. There's no cholesterol and no added sugars. Fiber is a decent 7g. My only complaint is the salt content, which is 680mg. I would love to see this cut in half. This is why I suggest splitting the pouch with somebody else, or consuming it over two different meals.This is very hearty, with potatoes and chickpeas. The sauce is very thick, like hearty stew. It has a decent color and a decent aroma.This only needs 90 seconds of heating in a microwave. No mess, no fuss. All you really need is a bowl and a spoon.I recommend these if you need something quick and easy for the office, or just need something quick for a lazy dinner at home.

Pantry ready and delish
Chickpeas, kale and potato in a rich tomato broth. I found this a delicious, low-cal lunch. It heats up quickly in the microwave and is very filling. I didn't see a lot of kale but the broth tasted of southern greens so I knew it was there. The chickpeas were soft so they will be a winner with my boys who usually avoid them - these had the same texture as the potato. Excellent product.

Nutrient is there, thank god for garlic
Green chickpeas. I don't know what they taste like because I couldn't really taste anything. To me this tasted like a thick vegetable soup. Heavy on tomatoes, occasional potato, and thank the Lord there was garlic. I picked out individual chickpeas but I didn't really taste anything other than the sauce they were in. Which is vegetable soup flavor. I didn't feel this was under/over salted. At 270 calories you could pair this with rice and have your full meal and you've used 1/3 of your sodium.Nutrient wise, I feel like it's hitting it's marks. Obviously this is something you grab for lunch, you need more nutrients and balance than this. But this is great for people who are plant based and want to be healthy. It's better then that burrito you normally eat at lunch, ya know?I'm glad they are trying to make more healthy options for us. We have so much plant based junk food now. Lucky to have this. Even if it kinda tasted like tomatoes with garlic and chickpeas. If you get a bite with potato ❤ it's pretty good.

Tasty Anytime
Very tasty quick snack or side dish. Cooks easily in the microwave and you can even eat it straight out of the pouch. Has a hearty flavor and there are plenty of chick peas and potatoes in the pouch. One pouch filled me up. I would recommend these.
