Product is great, works great. But the box came with one part missing. The cap that covers the motor is missing. However, I was able to install it without it. So I'm not going to bother asking for a return, coz it'll take another 10 days. No remote control in the box either. Lots of products missing. Slightly bad experience

Overall finish of fan compare to price is awesome.it’s better than other company wihich cost more than this for this kind of quality.stile long term review required.

I have not received Remote for the 2 FANs.

Total waste of money... Rpm was not so good fan give air only on top speed on 5th level otherwise other level 1,2,3,4 are like hath se hawa karlo jyada tez aaegi... Not good very bad experience... It looks only good... Those who have low height on celing please dont buy... Worst

Not worth of buying at this price at all. You will get better ceiling fans @1200. Coming to this fan - noise at every corner, lack of smooth functioning. Pls don’t buy else you else you will regret like me. I thought to give it a chance as a new brand but failed.

Did not get remote control nor a tech to install it

Though looks wise it is good, it is the worst buy till date for me. The RPM is not good and the speed is not high. Also it is giving lot of sound/noise and the Ottomate Customer care is very non-responsive. Though I gave complaint in Nov'21 and reminded them several times, till date the issue is not fixed by them. They are not changing the bearings to fix the issue. My sincere advice is "Don't go for these fans and fall in the trap".
