I’m very happy with this. Easily threw an interesting dinner together with little work.

This is exactly the same beef gyro meat you get in restaurants!! I learned to not let it defrost because it becomes pasty and hard to handle, just cook it frozen. Perfect gyros!!

Separated out the slices into individual portions, wrapped and stored them in the freezer. Nicely seasoned, a lot less fat than a lamb + beef combination. Good in any kind of sandwich or as an entree. You also can microwave slices into jerky (I did this by accident when I left them in too long, but they were so good).

We love Gyros and it's awesome to be able to get the meat out of the freezer and have Gyros without leaving the house. Plus they are better when you make your own. Flavor is great!

I will buy it over and over again. Super quality and taste! Shipping gets a little long though but worth it.
