Hot Gimmick: v. 11: Volume 11

After the invitation by shingu to hatsumi for her to leave the complex briefly to get away from rykoi becomes more conplex when he confesses his love to her finally. Asking for her not to see him as he brother but as a guy.Hatsumi obviously can't process this infomation (who could?) and begins to act distant and somewhat assy to her adopted brother.He tells her that he has an all night job and leaves. Later she finds out there is no such job and he is actually hiding in the car outside. He knows how much he has upset her and is trying to give her space.Hatsumi rushes outside and realises that she thought he was turing into someone else. And that is why became so hostile.They embrace.As hatsumi decides to return home (not becasue of the awkwardness apparently) she is then told that The tachibans are getting divorced and that ryoki and his mother are moving back to kobe. whilst upset she is relieved as she will not have to see him which is the reason she moved to shinogus briefly anyway..Ryoki sees shingo embracing hatsumi outside the complex after she is returning home. and becomes jealous. Hatsumi mistakes this for indifference and believes that he is truly over her.Watching this Leads to a nervous collpse (ryoki) simular to the one that happened preventing him from partcipating for the private entrance exams for grade school.Miss ruji comes over looking for him. After he had given her conditions for a relationship before he would even consider her.(simular to the conditions of hatsumi's slavery)She comes to his house after finding out he is sick and offers herself to him as her first.Hatsumi sees this and flees to her brother.She decides that she is sick of having her heart broken and begins to remove her clothes. and Offers herself to shingu.Now Im not going to reveal the rest but you don't actually find out for sure if hatsumi and shingu did it. But she tells ryoki that she did. He also tells hatsumi that he slept with miss ruji (lie).But because Ryoki lied we can't be sure if hatsumi is telling the turht as well.Ryoki begins to realise how much he wants hatsumi and no one else and is really quite touching. As you can see it is preparing us to the final book number 12 in which we find out who hatsumi chooses.Now most people I have discussed this manga with claim that it fizzles out in the end but I have found that due to the charactors which you get to know steadily thoughout the story you actually become more enthralled to find out what happens next.And you wonder what will happen if she picks ryoki.Or if she picks shinogu.
