I would have given five stars but it's hard to get a clean cut if you need to trim them to fit, which I do. Other than that they do the job and hold their shape well.

Heel Support Isn't Effective at Least for the Time Being
I have burcitis in my hip so I thought this would help and also one leg is longer than the other. But it hasn't helped so far.
