So first off I went with the jungle juice flavor. It’s pretty tasty, not really much more to say. It mixes quite nice, there is a little chalkiness but for a preworkout this loaded with ingredients I thought it would be much worse. Now for the effects: this stuff makes you feel like a god in the gym. The pumps are absolutely insane, 2 scoops is borderline too much unless you want a skin tearing pump that’s almost painful. One thing to take note of if you’re new to preworkouts, your hydration is really important if you plan on taking this. Glycerol functions by pulling water into your muscles, same as creatine. If you’re dehydrated the effects aren’t going to be nearly as pleasant. Another thing to note, you don’t want to be over hydrated. I’ve found if I drink too much water (to the point where you’re urinating more than once per hour) you will get some pretty gnarly diarrhea. Maybe it’s just me although a few of my friends have noticed the same thing. It’s not super unpleasant, just don’t be chugging 2 gallons of water per day go for a normal amount of consumption. Price for the value is alright, it is one of the more expensive preworkouts on the market but it is one of the better ones as well. It all comes down to what your individual wants are, if you just want something basic that’ll help you out in the gym that isn’t too expensive this might not be for you. If you want a good quality preworkout that’ll provide good pumps for 3-4 hours, and is loaded with ingredients, I’d definitely recommend you start here

No chunks, doesn’t taste chalky, and gives a great pump. Just a piece of advice, if you want a little extra kick of energy I would mix 1.5 scoops of nitric with .5 scoop of regular. Provides a small enough amount where it doesn’t disrupt sleep but enough to get you through a workout.

I found out that I needed 2 scoops of this per serving in order to get a good pump, but I would say that it was rare for me to get a GREAT pump using this supplement. 6.5/10.FLAVOR: God awful. Additionally, it is not advised to take a high dose of stimulants with this pre-workout due to the vasoconstriction that entails, but I do add a moderate 200mg caffeine pill, 25mg ephedrine pill, and 81mg baby aspirin for CNS drive (the classic fat-burning ECA stack) and find this works very well.

Taste is meh but the biggest thing is the mouth feel. No matter how much water I use it will not fully dissolve. It feels awful and makes the experience rough. I use as little water as possible now so I can get it over with lol
