Sweet little music box for small children to use and see how it works. The song is short, twinkle twinkle. But 2yo has some trouble with the mechanics, but that'll come with time... in his frustration he tossed it a few times (read: hurled it across the room onto the tile floor), and it still works and hasn't broken. The time is a traditional music box quality... don't expect cd or orchestra quality from a music box. It's wonderful!

The media could not be loaded. Quality of sound is nice. Seems to operate well. Timing of how melody plays isn't quite accurate with a few noticeable blips but not bad as a gift. I like that the acrylic case lets you see how the sound is made. Gave as a gift so I can't comment on how well it holds up.

I love this music box. It comes with jewels to decorate it and is fun having a birthday song. I have included it with birthday gifts more than once.

Best gift for child that loves music

Bought for my son and he likes looking while turning the crank, but the music sounds bad. It’s hard to listen to.

My granddaughter wanted a "see through" music box how surprised was I when I found this! Of course I bought it for her immediately and she loved it. She's 5 for it's just the right size for her and not heavy at all. It's a really good quality and good value too. Buy it for someone who loves music boxes or gift it to yourself. It definitely makes a great gift.
