I bought this for my daughter to replace an earlier, faulty purchase (different brand). It is small and compact and very easy to set up; the menu system is simpler than some to navigate. At the time of writing it has been in use for a week, seems to be working just fine and my daughter has no complaints about it. At this price it offers good value.

this is a very good quality little camera with a good field of view. the picture quality is good and the wide angle takes in all that the driver sees. the only drawback from my wifes point of view is that we drive a 2.2ltr 4x4 with a wide dashboard and it is very hard to fully hide the cable wich she can see whilst driving, should maybe hsve gone for wifi.

I bought this after someone crashed into my wingmirror then drove off, and figured a dashcam may act as a deterrent to hit-and-runs in future. The charging lead is obviously too short to be functional, the device itself will only record when unplugged, but the battery life is so short that it immediately dies as soon as if I take it off charge. Functional as a dummy camera, but not much else.

Excellent bit of kit works well with good coverage, and is easy to operate.

well made dash cam

I’m not sure whether it’s me or the camera but firstly, unless I prompt it, it doesn’t record.Plus the camera cuts out after so long.I ordered the memory card recommended for this camera and expected it to record for as long as I was driving. It’s does 2-3 minute bursts of recording. Maybe it is supposed to do this and I have got it wrong.
