These boots look great and are very comfortable great look for the money

These boots do not even fit me. They do not zipper and they are cheaply made. When I went to return UPS stated it would cost over $100.00 NO WAY this was not what I ordered and paid for. Very disappointed

But still work for a couple months.

The product was good quality and a perfect fit. I am a size 9 with a more narrow foot. They hug my legs well and the material allows for a quick…. And painless.. breaking in for a boot! All around it looks like the picture and I will be buying another pair, because I have been wearing these almost every day.

Runs very small

I didn't expect leather but the quality of these boots was very poor. Thin materials and coloring was different from what you see in the picture. I was given the choice of giving them to someone else and receive a 25% refund or send them to NY for a full refund as international shipping is too costly. I chose the latter to receive a full refund. I placed the paper with the tracking number inside the package as directed, went to the post office and spent my money to send it off. Through USPS I tracked when ot was delivered, waited for a refund to be processed...contacted them...and they said it hadn't been delivered. I sent them the USPS tracking number as requested so they could truly see that the package had been delivered. I told them I would be giving a review of the purchase. My suggestion...save your money, go down to a local store and buy your boots there, you'll actually save yourself money and time by doing it.

These are gorgeous and just like the picture. They run small in length and calf so I have already ordered a size larger in hopes they fit and started the return process for the one's I have.

Ok so these are so stinking cute they are my daughters favorite boot right now. They work for her at work while being comfortable and letting her inner cottage core soul shine. They have a zip..thank goodness!
