Rritual Superfoods Reishi Relax Stick Pack, Mushroom Adaptogen Enhanced Elixir (14 Powder Packets)

Anxiety causes me to wake up multiple times a night. Since taking this product I’ve been able to sleep through the entire night! Tastes great just mixed with hot water.

Mushrooms are expensive. Dried mushrooms in little stick packages are even more expensive. However, Ritual Superfoods has done a good job with these packs. I've been adding to my morning hot cocoa.There is way more cacao, cinnamon, lucuma, ashwagandha etc. than mushrooms in the mix but as I wrote at the beginning, mushrooms are very expensive. I prefer to add the real thing to my stir-fry but this would be a great and convenient way t still get a good mushroom dose when traveling. Tastes good too.

I've had a few different mushroom supplements in the last year or so. To be honest, I can't tell much of a difference in my health/mindset/cognition when I take them. I suppose results vary! Anyway, this Rritual mushroom powder pack is pretty good stuff. The packs are tall and skinny, but there's actually only about a teaspoon of powder in each pack. I've added a packet to my protein shake. I've also been adding one packet to a cup of tea before bed. There's not a lot of flavor in this small amount of powder, but you do get some very faint earthy mushroom flavor. It's not bad at all. I did maybe notice I slept better after taking this supplement; I did have some vivid dreams! Lol. Anyway, it is a good supplement but again, results vary!

I do like this these packs. The mushrooms smell nice and fresh and woodsy and I like that. I do like the nice flavor they add to my coffee and smoothie, depending what I'm drinking that day. I honestly don't know if they're making a difference, but I hope they are!

These have excellent ingredients, but mixed with only hot water the taste is, well, watery.Added to a smoothie, delicious.Added to hot cocoa, yum.

I consume Reishi Mushrooms, along with other mushrooms, on a daily basis. This product provides those mushrooms and more in convenient packets, easy to carry/transport. But, that convenience also pertains to the use of the packet. You merely add it to a hot beverage, stir and enjoy. I added one packet to hot almond milk, and the taste is very enjoyable; It has 400mg Organic Cacao Powder, 2mg Organic Cinnamon Bark and Organic Lucuma Fruit, which adds to the flavors (with the cinnamon and lucuma fruit bringing a sweetening aspect). There is a definite, but mild chocolate flavor that mixes with the earthiness of the various mushrooms. I think they did an admirable job with their flavor profiles.I gram of Organic Reishi Mushroom, 748mg Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder and 700mg of an Immune Synergy Blend (Organic Cordyceps, Organic Reishi, Organic Himernatsutake, Organic Shiitake, Organic Maitake, Organic Turkey Tail) encompasses the impressive and vast assortment of mushrooms in this powder mix.In summary, excellent ingredients with good flavor. As such, it merits a 4.75 - 5 star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

What drew me to this product were the high quality, organic ingredients. I’ve started using this right before bed just mixed with my almond milk and it tastes great. I’ve definitely noticed feeling more relaxed and I’m able to fall asleep easier!
