My kids love it - perhaps yours will too
Back in the day, I would tuck my two boys into bed and instead of reading them a story, I would create one on the spot. It would always be about the three Totoros and their adventures with Satsuki and Mei. It would always start and end the same way, just the activities for Satsuki would be chosen by my older son, and Mei by my younger son. Usually they involved some kind of races. Or waterslides. Or racing waterslides.Listen, I'm not running for Dad of the year or anything but after about six months that bleep was exhausting trying to come up with new stuff. Thankfully my older son started to craft his own stories, and then my younger son eventually did too to spell ol' Dad for a bit.So when I saw this I thought - what a great way to extend our nighttime story time, and what a perfect in-car game. And I tell you what, it does both. For whatever reason, our Boot is always a Magic Boot whenever it gets chosen.Let's call it what it is - a prop. But guess what, props work, and when my creativity well went dry , this helped us keep our boys imaginations flowing. When my wife and I would take a turn, we'd weave in current events or history lessons in.Can only recommend, my boys are now 11 and 9 and both still ask to bring it if we do a long car ride. Or a swim meet.

One of my favorite family games
I’ve purchased this before for other children and was very excited my kid is finally old enough for us to add it to our game library! So much fun, no competition, and lots of creativity and laughs!

Good Product!
It came in a ridiculously big box for as small as it is, but we did enjoy it and helpful with gameschooling.

Wonderful game for encouraging creativity
This game has been lots of fun and is a favorite of so many of the kids I work with. I use this game in therapy sessions for kids between age 5 and age 13, and it is great for helping kids use their imaginations, learn to be creative and improve their communication skills in coming up with coherent, imaginative stories. It can be made into a competitive game if desired in lots of ways, such as giving points for each game piece used in the story (so kids who can only figure out how to use 6 out of 8, for example, still get points) or giving points if the story has a beginning, middle, and end, or rating the story if done in a group, etc. There are also different ways to use it that kids can invent. For example, I've had some kids decide they wanted to challenge themselves by making up a story with all 50 game pieces. That leads to some fascinating stories! Very useful for therapeutic and educational purposes, and just for fun!
