KERASTASE, Bain Chromatique Riche Ounce, 8.5 Fl Oz

The product seems quite old. Packaging and product itself. Have used this shampoo for many years, and very familiar with the product. Sorry!

The person who cuts/colors my hair recommended this shampoo for my fine, curly, hair that has a little more gray each year! Although this product is pricey, I find I use less than with my prior shampoos, and my hair seems to be in better shape overall. I recommend it- especially ordering via Amazon which is less than the price I've found at any salon.

Does the job with no dryness to the scalp, hair comes out clean, healthy and shiny. I never use conditioner. Shampoo twice and rinse very well.

I've been using this shampoo for a few years. I like the smell and it cleans my hair well without drying. I shampoo almost every day without conditioner. I've purchased this shampoo at my hair salon and at Amazon multiple times, and I did not notice any difference other than pricing. However, the new bottle I got from Amazon smells quite different from the previous bottles. I do not know if the maker changed the formula or I got a not legit product. I would recommend the original formula if any change but not the new one.

The product was delivered on time and performed as expected. The shampoo was a different color and slightly thinner than a product purchased at a spa - possibly a new formula/packaging. As noted above it did perform as expected.

Really nice shampoo, but doesn’t seem to clean as well asi had hoped for. Maybe if I don’t use the conditioner I’d like it more. My hair is extremely hi lighted, but still tends to get oily after one day.

I might be wrong but I don’t feel this is a genuine Kerastase product. I’ve been using this range and the kerastase Bain de force range for several years and this product didn’t seem the same. The label is stuck on as opposed to embossed on the bottle and the product was soapy and sneaked cheap. My hair felt sticky and was hard to style. It also looks very dull compared to usual. Won’t be ordering again. Waste of money

Love this and conditioner makes hair feel like real hair again ... my hair can’t take reconstruction protein hair products as it makes it all crazy and brittle this one isn’t a protein one so just hydrates dry parched hair !

Contains sulfates, should have read ingredients. Can't use it as will strip colour and olaplex treatment.No issue with seller, wrapped and packed well.

I like that my henna colour looks vibrant with this and it doesn’t strip the colour like my previous shampoo did. It leaves my hair denser but I don’t know if I will be able to use daily on my fine hair without it feeling heavy. However, I will certainly give it an extended try as it does feel lovely.

I like this shampoo for my fine, flyaway hair. Nice fragrance, doesn’t leave residue in my hair and washes out any hair product I use on my hair such as hairspray or thickening sprays.
