I brought these as I have an arthritic wrist and thumb. I ordered the small. They fit ok, could be tighter on my wrist for extra support I feel. To be honest they don't really do much for me other than I wore them to keep my hands warm whilst cycling.! I'm not sure they helped with my pain at all. But I guess worth a try maybe, everyone is different..

I bought these for support and warmth while running, they were okay but I think if I bought another pair I would go for a smaller size.

I bought medium size a and if fits well on fingers but it is loose on my thumb and does not support it. I especially bought this for my trigger thumb but it is not helping.

Pain relief

Nice close fitting gloves, and great for when I'm outdoors. Garden gloves and woolly gloves fit over. I opted for Medium size, my hands are at the top end of medium, and they fit well. Oh for a onesie in these!
