solid bar just as expected, quite heavy just on its own i havent been able to bend or warp it with max weight so id recommend.

I have limited space to use a bar and weight plates on my adjustable bench, so this compact design is ideal. I still get to lift quite heavy, but without needing loads of room. Along with my dumbbells, this is all I need for my weight training sessions (and good iron plates, of course).

Really, really important for arm development, both triceps and biceps get really pumped even at lower weights. Quality product.

This feels like top quality.There are 7-8 different movements I can use this for at greater ease compared to barbell and dumbbells.

Good size bar, with decent weight to it, seems to be the perfect gift so far, might have to get one for myself 5*

Bar is perfect for the money, was loud but a bit of machine oil on the barrings solved that problem.

I've just received this, the box felt heavy, which was encouraging. I opened it up and found the triceps bar with a lot of bubble wrap, paper and tape protecting it. A lot of protection, and all very scruffily done, clearly done in a rush. However, that wasn't really a problem. The disappointment came when I tore and cut all the packaging off. The welding is terrible. There is rust and marks all over it. I can't believe that someone thought this was good enough quality to let it out of the factory. Such as shame as it feels heavy and sturdy, but the welding on the joints is so bad I'd not risk putting much weight on it incase it snapped above my head. Pictures attached as evidence.

Das Paket kam recht schnell an, jedoch wurde beim auspacken schon klar was einen erwartet. Die Verpackung hat schon Anzeichen von Rost welche sich bei den ersten Blicken auf die Stange bestätigt haben. Dass die Hälfte der Bilder im Angebot nicht das verkaufte Produkt widerspiegelten ist ärgerlich, jedoch nicht schlimm wenn das Produkt trotzdem gut ist. Hier erwartet einen jedoch leider eine rostige Stange und dabei noch verrostete Metallteile die sich in der Hülse gelöst haben und beim bewegen rasseln. Als ich testweise eine Hülse gelöst habe kamen mir die rostigen Teile auch direkt entgegen. Die Stange wird zurück geschickt und eine hochwertigere gekauft. Sehr schade aber bei dem Preis leider auch abzusehen.
