Great book for beginning bariatric patients
I bought this book along with another shortly after my successful bariatric surgery in anticipation for being able to start eating regular food. My biggest worry post surgery was finding things to make for myself that were good. I found many great recipes and I'm happy I got this book I just wish the recipes weren't meant for more than 1-2 people. Most of the recipes I made ended up making way more food than 1 person post surgery could eat and much of it went in the garbage after going bad. Yes I understand recipes are meant to be made for 4-6 people but as a bariatric patient recipes meant for smaller stomachs/1 person would be nice.

Takes the guesswork out of meal prep
This book is EXACTLY the kick in the pants I needed to get back on track! My husband and I had gastric sleeve surgery 6 years ago, and the last year or so, old habits, and subsequently lbs have crept back. This book has taken all of the guess work out of getting back on track. It has everything, from meal planning, to shopping lists, to nutrient information. What an incredible resource!!!! I am confident after reading it, that my husband and I can get back on track. THANK YOU!

Simple and easy! Refreshing take on meals.
Great suggestions for the meal prep and the shopping list. Made it simple enough for me to understand. If I can do it anyone can.I feel well prepared.

Bariatric Meal Prep Made Easy!!
Lots of recipes and meal plans. Very thorough in explaining bariatric pre and post op instructions. I bought it for the meal plans/recipes for versatility so my palate and tastebuds dont get subjected to same ol' foods all the time

Good Advice and Good Recipes
The information about bariatric surgery and what to do afterwards was straight forward and easy to understand. It includes avweek by week guide on what to eat with recipes that look delicious and ate easy to make.

Gives some good ideas
Is a good reference when you are stuck in a rut. I have not used it much but I have it when I need it. I should have purchased prior to surgery.
