The product is a good one at this range. It has both Hot/Warm & Ambient water dispensing capability.It doesn't have storage facility for ambient water, but does run on inverter also & quick to dispense water when on.Hot/warm water has common storage tank.I had a few problems with installation process as the technician was not well trained to handle this type of models. But overall it was OK installation experience. But 5 stars for product. Above all, the Eureka Forbes response is really good.

If you have some money and want to waste it, i would suggest throwing it in water than buying product from this god-awful company. They call and harass us to but their precious AMC and after that, silence . When theres an issue , i had to call everyday and beg them to come. We have an expression in our place - This like spending money to buy a dog that bites us back

I just can't understand why a aquaguard hot water model doesn't work if you buy it online? This is what is being told by Eureka Forbes guys who came two times to install and approved that it is a defective piece. And tried his best to sell the same directly at a much higher price.,, You can understand what is happening? This a absolutely cheating their own company and degrading Amazon as per my understanding. Now after refusing to buy directly and bought again from Amazon, this time Ayur model, no one came to install even after 4 days, and now they are not even taking my calls, what a shame ??? If no one comes in the next 24 hours, I will take it up in my own way, I'm a Amazon and Eureka Forbes brand loyalist and dirty tricks by sales cum service guys should be noticed by both the companies. Today marketing has taken altogether a wrong twist. Amazon and Eureka Forbes please respond and take corrective measures.My latest finding, all hot water models will work, the installation guy doesn't even know that there is a fuse wrapped around a blue wire, which need to be put in, and it starts working. They were trying for hours and deciding that the product is defective, which in fact is not correct. As I already took Ayur model again, I had to return my hot water model, else I would have gone for it. Eureka guy didn't come and not taking my calls even since 4 days, Amazon is trying their best to send a plumber to install,......In continuation, no one came to install my new aquaguard ayur model, now I'm forced to install myself as it is not a rocket science. Very simple,just you have to connect Ayur filter before installing,any plumber can help in fixing the connecter....... Only hitch is guarantee that is offered by Eureka Forbes will hold good or not ? The product is simply good and the entire blame is on their technicians who are not interested in encouraging online purchases, and why should we pay 50% more to buy from them when same product is available at such a low price from Amazon?

received defect product first. Amazon helped in getting replacement immediately in a day. expert installation person is required for this product. first time it takes time to dispense hot water. Best support from Amazon and Aquaguard.

I bought this aquaguard 3 months back. While installation the technician told me not to use hot water because this will not work and it didn't from day 1.After 3 months the water stopped completely so I called the customer care and the technician came. He told me the filter has gone bad and the charges for new filter will be 1840 whithout even checking the machine, which we might have to pay every 3 months because the filter will go bad again.I've seen or used aquaguards before. According to my knowledge the filter goes bad once in 6-8 months. So I think it's just to make money because my product is in warranty and any other problem they will have to do it for free.But anyway I said no and sent back the technician. I called Eureka Forbes and asked for a solution. They said the matter is escalated, they are sending a senior technician within 24hours.And today it's one week that I've been calling Eureka Forbes everyday atleast twice to send some technician and take the 2000, and just repair the aquaguard because it's very inconvenient to buy water and drink everyday. But they haven't sent anyone. Everyday the call centre people apologize and tell us that technician will come today but no one does.The product is not good, the customer service is worse. Never buying anything from this brand again.

The model is excellent aesthetics are excellent but hot water not working.I have called up amazon customer care and they have agreed for a return. I have ordered one more from different retailer hope this one works.Cannot trust the online retailer

it has uv n all other filters n hot n warm water option . cos it doesn't hv ro system so it doesn't hv water drain outlet n doesn't waste water. it keep ur water natural n just clean it.

Its been more than 3 months, still the product is not registered under warranty.Initiated 3 months back the product registration using eureka forbes helpline number. Local service provider denied registering it as it was purchase online. Now service indicator light is blinking and no water is coming out. So have to complaint it again. Eureka Forbes customer service people assured me that it will be registered by today. I doubt though. Hence, Also requesting Amazon customer service to please take care of this issue at the earliest before any other customer buys the eureka forbes product online. As looks like these products have some issue during warranty registration. Its painful and tiring. Repeated follow ups. Gosh!!
