Amazon Basics Waffle Texture Cocoa Powder Shower Curtain, 72" x 72"

In short, I was disappointed. The curtain was not a true waffle weave and it was paper-thin and flimsy.To elaborate more, I purchased this curtain to go on the outside of my tub/shower and to be paired with an interior liner. I expected a decent thickness/heaviness for this curtain as well as a true waffle weave. What I got was something that I'm pretty sure I could buy at Wal-Mart or IKEA for half the price. I probably shouldn't have expected much from this curtain at its price point, but Amazon Basics products have always been good to us. I'm returning this one and trying to learn from the mistake of not reading the reviews and blindly trusting in Amazon.

It felt like hanging a very thin sheet.Hangs awkwardly with a thicker inner shower curtain liner. I can see at least an inch of the white inner liner at the top when hung together, unlike the two nicer shower curtains I’ve had in the past. There are gape-y, awkward gaps between the holes when hung. The holes for hooks are also not reenforced. It would be easy to unravel or accidentally poke a hole through the holes.This navy curtain also hangs really low, almost dragging on the floor.I wouldn’t buy it again and will probably replace it soon. Hopefully the other curtains in this line are higher quality.

For the price I guess it's ok. It's not a true waffle weave curtain. I had one from target about 15 yrs ago that was a thick, heavy sturdy curtain. This will have to do until I can find something similar

I was shocked to have to look all over to find a basic navy shower curtain that looked alright. The reviews had me questioning how it looked in-person, so I started off with one for our downstairs (and seldom used) bathroom, figuring I’d get another if it worked out. It did, so we have this same curtain in both bathrooms now. It doesn’t look exactly like fabric if you closely examine it, but it looks nice enough for anyone who isn’t inspecting shower curtains (not sure who does that anyway) and goes well with our newly-remodeled bathrooms.

Paper thin, absolutely no lining whatsoever. Oh, and a shoe print on the upper left corner!

I wanted a classic, heavier weight waffle weave curtain for my guest bath. This is sort of the look I was going for, but the texture is flatter than I hoped and the weight is very flimsy. Feels almost like a cheap lightweight windbreaker material. You’ll definitely want to pair this with a heavy fabric curtain liner to keep it from constantly blowing into your shower.

I was shocked at how absolutely NOT water resistant this was but it didn’t really matter. Fast forward a few months and it became very mildew-y. I used all sorts of cleaners and washed it in the machine numerous times to no avail. It is stained and will not come out. Going in the trash after less than 6 months of use.

These are much thinner than a typical waffle weave shower curtain, almost like a print of a waffle weave. I won't buy this curtain again.

Yes, the cloth is thin like the reviews said. But you get what you pay for. If you want luxury pay for luxury. If you want a decent product for a decent price this is for you. Note you won’t want to use this on its own. You will need a plastic or vinyl curtain as well.

It's a nice warm colour, one I think would go with most decor. The waffle print is cool and gives it a nice texture so it's simple but nice. It's really light so it won't weigh down your curtain rings and it's easy to get on and off. It's also really really soft, but I'm not like wrapping myself in this thing, let's be honest it's a shower curtain. But yeah, I like it.

It feels like cheap toilet paper...or streamers from a child's birthday party. Save your money - it's not a true waffle weave fabric.

So I love the texture of this, it’s a little thin, which is okay because it’s easier to air dry if it gets wet. If you buy the dark ones and don’t have a light in your shower area, this will make your shower super dark! So if you don’t like that, buy a lighter color! Bonus points it’s super nice and stylish for any bathroom really. And you can machine wash it!

Product looks good, soft material. Colour is as given in the photo. Was looking out for a dark colour (both sides) shower curtain. Not transparent. It arrived without any hooks. Hence 3 stars. Overall looks good, though it is pricy.
