This multi-purpose broom head is for outdoor sweeping, flagged with 3” stiff, fine synthetic bristles that pick up small particles, and super stiff inner bristles to dislodge dirt and debris. The bristles are set into a structural foam resin block that will not crack, warp, mar or scratch and are resistant to moisture, so as not to house contaminating bacteria, oils and chemicals. The Polypropylene fibers feature crimp frequencies that enhances the synthetic fibers’ water-carrying ability. It’s resistant to petroleum, solvents, acids, and detergents and is not affected by fungus or mildews. This heavy-duty broom head is great for use on asphalt, concrete and rough wooden floors.
