These stand out from the other terracotta pots I've tried. They are a bit thicker - I'm not sure I would characterize them as "fat walled" - but the clay is high quality. The plants I've put in them have all done well. Maybe it's the luck of the draw, but I think it's a combination of their relative shallowness, which makes them more flexible, and the high quality terracotta, which helps wick water out of the soil.The saucers are well-sized, and aesthetically, they're even more handsome in person. These are the only pots I'm buy in these sizes, unless I decide to get a plant that would prefer glazed ceramic.I'd love to see a 8" and 10" version of these.

Sadly, the original package arrived damaged even though it was clearly marked fragile. This is no fault of the seller. Unfortunately, one of the pots and trays was cracked. I contacted the seller, who immediately responded to me and sent out a new pot with tray. The pots and trays are simple, lovely, well-made terracotta, which I are much better for my suffering plants due to plastic pots. They are already starting to thrive after just a few days. I highly recommend this product and purchasing from this seller. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful pots. Very well packed encased in Styrofoam in the picture. I already took the top piece of Styrofoam out of the box. They are very thick and sturdy. Will buy from again.

I like these but feel the photos and description are a bit misleading as they don't seem particularly "fat walled". When I opened the package I was disappointed but they are good pots otherwise so I'm not returning but may not have bought if I'd known...

These are a great set of planter pots, like that they come with the saucer. I do think they are a bit pricey for clay pots, but also feel they are a more superior quality.

These pots are so nice! I was kind of expecting them to either show up broken or just be complete garbage like most things you buy from Amazon but these are nice and thick, have a smoother finish and a a great modern look.Highly recommend!
