Used the product on my Epson printer and was initally disapointed. Applied the product several times but it seemed not to work. Waited at lease an hour between applications. I was disapointed. Finially did it late in the day but still no results. Figured I might have to start looking for a new printer. I checked it the next morning and the blotter underneath the head was full of discolored material. It finally soaked thru the black head ink printer jam successfully. I followed up again on all the colored in heads and now the printer works perfectly. Saving me hundreds of dollars for a new printer.

I have been gone nearly 2 years and not surprising when I returned home my printer would not print. Upon reviewing some internet information I decided to try flushing out the print head. This solution was perfect. After the process I printed a perfect color picture. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I recommend trying this first before abandoning a printer that is not printing up to speed.

My printer has been neglecting to print red and blue colors for some time . I didn't pay much attention before since I mainly used black ink for my school documents. But when I finally needed color printing, I felt incredibly frustrated. That's when I discovered a solution – a kit that promised to fix the issue. Initially doubtful, I had no alternative but to try it out. To my surprise, it worked like a charm. The process was relatively simple, taking less than 30 minutes to clean and using ink flush from the printer. And just like that, my red and blue colors were restored.

It was easy to use, and didn't take much to get clean heads. But somehow in the process, my printer won't work at all now, something I did, I am sure.DO NOT GOOGLE EPSON TECH SUPPORT, than heavens my computer would not fire up, on Epsons website it says to beware Scams for tech support. I will get this fixed just need time

Purchased to clean the ink head of a Canon PIXMA MB printer, and the instructions were simple enough. I cleaned the printer head numerous times, and after about the 10th time, the printer ink head was still not printing as it should. A new head costs more than the printer cost, so I donated it and purchased a replacement Brother laser printer. Hopefully the new printer will last. The Canon printer was great, lasting nearly 12 years. So I cannot complain. But I wish the ink head was able to be cleaned for continued use. Unfortunately, this kit was not able to get the job done.

This product does not fit Brother MFC Inkvestment type printers. There is not fitting to accomadate that type of cartridge port. If you push in on the tip ink flows everywhere. I would not recommend the mess this will make.

The fact that I was able to get the colors functioning again after not having them for a year, speaks volumes. It was a wee bit messy but well worth it. I couldn't believe after going thru all the steps and then activating the printer, it actually worked. I observed a video on how to do this and I think letting everything dry completely (at least overnight), might be important . Oh, and you may have to do it a second time if it doesn't work.
