Works well after proper installation
I purchased he Levelok Quick Connect Ladder leveler to attach to my 24 foot extension ladder so that I could use the ladder on outdoor steps to reach the second floor of my house. I made the mistake of ordering only the leveler, not realizing that I also had to purchase the base attachments. Make sure you purchase both at the same time as a package or you will have to pay more as separate parts. Be sure to watch the installation videos on the manufacturer's web site as there are useful instructions for attaching the base unit(s) on specific ladders. The leveler worked very well after I completed the installation. It formed a solid and sturdy base for my ladder across a couple of concrete stair steps.

Love the safety factor of these shoes.
I use the ladder on uneven exterior surface. I used to shim it up with scrap of wood. That is a recipe for disaster. These leg extensions are absolutely the safest possible way to work off of a ladder if you’re not totally on an even surface. Great idea. The only negative part it makes the ladder heavier by about 25 pounds if you have four of them. The ladder already was a little bit heavy for a 74-year-old. But I love the fact that it’s much safer.
