I love this mop. I was on the fence about ordering it because of some of the negative reviews. I finally broke down and bought it after my other mop broke. So glad I did. My daughter and father in law enjoyed watching me using it. Lol. I was really excited when I realized it will spin in the water tank as well as the dryer side. I'm guessing the bad reviews were from people that didn't take the time to read the instructions on how to assemble and use mop? Easy peazy. No more wringing out the mop from dirty water, and it took half the time to mop floor. It was actually enjoyable and fun to use. Will definitely buy again.

Had hoped to be able to use this as a replacement for a similar but outdated model. Nope. The bucket has low capacity. The "agitator" on the non-spin side of the bucket only reduces the capacity of the bucket. The handle is short. The mop head is cheap and does not clean well. My original, purchased at state fair a few years ago was much better quality but the mop heads are no longer available and the generic replacements are junk. I've now wasted money on a set of replacement heads that aren't worth a nickel and a new system that's no better. My last hope will be to try the cotton replacement heads on the old handle.

The product arrived BROKEN. I contacted the seller to inform them it was broken when I opened the box and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and haven't heard from them sense. I decided to make the best of it and rig it so I could use it. Okay so where do I start now? lol The spin bucket gets stuck, the rim on the spin bucket pops off, the pole is horribly cheap and VERY short. I love the idea but this is a terrible design and made from cheap materials. The mop head constantly pops off, after a few uses the spin action either on the mop or the bucket gets very stripped out and you can't spin the mop anymore.. When you mop instead of the head staying in place it spins and moves as you mop so mopping does no good. It's more like rolling a ball on the floor type action then wiping the floor. The mop bristles hardly touch the floor, Basically the only part is a very small section under the mop the actually does any cleaning at all. VERY POOR DESIGN CHEAP MATERIALS. This product when I purchased it was SOOOO over priced for what I received AND it took forever to get.

I'm pleased with this mop. I clean houses so I am very familiar with all kinds of mops. I deducted one star for one reason. It is difficult to lower the mop handle after spinning, you need it at an angle to mop with and although it is probably meant to be a little difficult, so it is steady when spinning in the bucket, it shouldn't be hard to get it in position to mop with. With that being said, I have used spin mops that cost much more and they had the same problem, if not more, usually more. I wish we could give half stars, because this would be a genuine four and a half star review, to be honest. It is adorable, I am pretty partial to purple, so I am ecstatic to have a purple mop and bucket. Very lightweight, easy to move, very convenient. It was a breeze to put together. I can no longer ring mops out by hand, so I LOVE and I do mean love that it takes nothing more than a minor push down on the mop handle to ring this out. I had a previous spin mop with pedal and the pedal broke within days, so I'm thrilled to be done with pedals. I love that this mop cleans effectively, but the floor is virtually dry by the time you're finished. I have terrorist children who will not stay off the tile until my floors dry, but with this mop, it doesn't matter. Thank GOD. Not only does it clean my tile, but it cleans grout. Our grout gets tacky and gross, from kids and pets. There's no avoiding it. But this saves me from daily on my knees scrubbing. I had given up on expensive mops and was buying cheaper mops monthly, at least, for approximately the same price. But since I can't ring by hand, I'd have to get a new one shortly after. The other mops with sponges always fall apart shortly after purchase. If this mop lasts me three months, it will have paid for itself and saved me a ton. I will update in a few weeks. For now, I love it.

First of all let me say that I read all the reviews before I purchased this mop.It arrived well within the range given for delivery which is always a big plus for me. It is easy to put together but there are no instructions in the box, contrary to one of the reviews I read which rebuked another customer for "not following the instructions", but in my case there were no instructions! However, it was simple enough to put together. What wasn't so obvious is how the mop spins - you push down on the handle, and a bit like the old fashioned spinning top, the handle and the mop head spins. Release your pressure and the handle unspins and comes back to full length, then you can push down again. It is great! Works like a dream. The more times you push to make it spin, the drier the mop head. You also do the same to rinse out the mop in between wipes. No hand to mop head contact at all - Brilliant!! - just be sure that the mop handle is straight up, not at an angle when you go to spin. It is so simple and effective. I am going to buy then as gifts for family and friends ... and buy myself a spare in case they discontinue it.

Pro:It is a great mop, better than than my old mop. My sister ordered this mop for me.The bucket however is cheap plastic material but it works for my use.Be careful how hard you use the handle.The price was reasonable cheap. Can't be the price.Like the deep purple color.Cons: Bucket made cheaply plasticThe spinner don't wring out all the access of water as I expected.It is was gift from my sister and I like the mop and it is much better than the one I was using. I have purchased 5 of this type of mop and bucket, including 2 very expensive ones. All of them had problems with either leaking or the spinning mechanism stripping. This inexpensive bucket and mop have far outlasted the others. I have ordered this second bucket for a friend, since it is such a bargain. I would highly recommend purchasing this set. My only complaint is that the bucket is rather small.

Flimsier construction but similar to the original. It does the job I need it to. Not sure how long it will last. The original lasted years!!!
