It is small but a good size for an omelet and you can poach eggs too!
It was for a Christmas gift and it looked like it would be good for making omelets.

Bought this to cook eggs over easy without having to flip them with a spatula. Makes cooking eggs over easy a lot easier

EGGS STICK and does not work well on gass stove the plastic handel meltes!!! and you cant just flip it to cook the other side it needs a lock for the lid to make omelettes!

Makes an omelette so easy.

Not the best of quality.
Pan is made of thin sheet metal. Non-stick coating appears to be sprayed on and is not full coverage. Handle gets hot and starts to deform from heat. Pan will be recycled and will use cast iron. I do not recommend purchase.

This omelette pan is induction friendly...
This pan works wonderfully on an induction cook top. It is magnetic. The nonstick surface is smooth and performs great. In my opinion, this is one time many of the reviewers got it wrong. One cannot give an honest review of a product if one does not understand how to properly use it. The product is exactly what it purports to be: a stamped out carbon steel folding omelette pan with nonstick covering.

I love my new omelette pan. It makes wonderful meals.my favorite is to cook poached eggs in one side and steam spinach in the other.my husband likes his golden veg. Omelets. Only took 2 days to get here only bad thing was little scratch on the out side of pan
