I’ve been dealing with incontinence for a really long time, and as my needs have changed, I’ve tried a lot of different products and I’m really liking these so far. With the cost of my usual diaper having gone up recently, I was looking for a more affordable option, and I think I’ve found it with these.Inside and out these are some of the softest diapers I’ve ever worn. They are some of the most absorbent diapers I’ve ever worn, and the cloth like outer cover is virtually silent. Even when I know that I’m wet, I really can’t tell that I’m wet, these do a really good job at helping me to feel dry and comfortable. These do have functional and decently tall leak guards, while I do wish they’d run the full length of the diaper, they get the job done. I do wish these had a rear waistband, that would make these fit even better than they do. And I do wish that these had better tapes, the tapes are a bit narrow and they do loose some of their functionality if you have to re tape them, but they do work. The wetness indicator really isn’t that functional, it’s one of those fade when wet types and it really isn’t that visible when dry, so caregivers may have a hard time telling when it’s wet. Overall I’d say that these are some of the better diapers out there, they’re not perfect, but for the price they really are good.

I ordered these for my friend whose mother has become more disabled and at times bedridden due to severe arthritis. She opened the pkg. when I took then to her, the product is very soft, no fear of that plastic rustling sound, very soft to the touch, has aloe vera added. I think also the run very true to size as she showed me another brand which fit much smaller. Her mother is able when she can to undo the tape on one side to take them off or if she wants to use the restroom. The side tapes also make it easier if her mom doesn't have help as she fastens one side then is able to pull up, adjust and fasten the open side, this is a great feature for home health care workers also, and helps for bedridden patients as it can be put on as a diaper also. The absorbency is fantastic, my friends mom sometimes due to pain takes a sleeping aid and sleeps through the night, if she voids during the night the high absorbency keeps it locked away from her body. After seeing the product myself and knowing what her mom goes through she said this product is the best. Although a little more than other brands it's quality makes up for it. I recommend this product to anyone needing this type of product or for a loved one that does. Oh, and her mom has even started wearing them on her outings, you can't even tell and she feels much more comfortable if she has an accident that there won't be any leakage.

This product is well made but may or may not work for certain individuals. I do home health care for a gentleman who had Polio and a recent broken hip.. He is able to use a urinal and needed a product that would allow him to open up in front. This product is extremely heavy and dense and might be ideal for a bedridden person with urinary and other incontinence, but not for one who wants to put on clothes and mill about.Until he regains the ability to transfer to a toilet, he will need some protection to wear in his wheelchair. The width of this product in the crotch is very wide and inhibits putting the legs closer together. It is thick and dense and nearly adds another clothing size. Add to that the stiffness when trying to open up to use a urinal and you have the wrong product for this individual's needs.I believe that this pad would absorb a geyser if need be and would benefit a bedridden person or one who sleeps through bodily functions, as long as putting the legs together is not a necessity, as it might be for side sleepers: Prone sleepers would likely do well with it.
