I have suffered for years with prolapsed hemorrhoids that kept returning worse every time. The pain and swelling has been torture. Couldn't stand couldn't sit couldn't sleep. I applied this religiously and it works! Reduced very extensive swelling. If you're comfortable to do so, massage this cream externally it will work that much faster.

Not the best cream but it's ok. But I suppose all these creams are the same, unless you actually get a good one on prescription from doctors.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and have applied it every day. It has been effectively working and the pile has been gradually decreased. I would like to say to the new users to be patient with its result and continue to apply it until you notice that it works. I normally do not leave a review but I am so happy with this cream and it is inevitable to avoid leaving a review for it.

Got this product yesterday. Not been long enough to see if results are lasting. But you get instant relief . Burning feeling for a minute or two but not uncomfortable. It numbs the area as well . I’ve tried lots of different products for piles . And this by fats been the best . Sent for another one 😊

Liked the idea that this is a more natural product, however I didn't work for me.
