Primera Technology LX500 High Yield Color Ink Cartridge, Tri-Color (53374)

Love my printer, ink is great, but they get 3 stars because they gouge you when you buy it on Amazon. Almost $20 difference, so buy straight from Primera if you can.

I bought 4 cartridges from this user. 3 of the cartridges worked flawlessly which is why im giving them a 2 star. one of the cartridges i put into my machine didnt work correctly. Supplier will not replace the broken cartridge which is still 100% full for a new one and AMAZON will not do anything about it. Would not suggest buying these cartridges from amazon just go to the retailers website. primera.com

I use the High Yield Color 53374 cartridges to print labels with the LX500 printer. I have purchased this cartridge direct from Primera as well as Amazon and have had the same trouble with both routes. It's hit and miss when the cartridges want to work properly. When they aren't working properly, it will force me to change a brand new or gently used cartridge even if the printer properties shows that there is still plenty of life left in that cartridge. I've attempted the usual unplug printer, turn off, align and clean and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I am pretty unhappy with this product as well as Primera Technology and their printer LX500.
