I have recently started a new journey that revolves around making better choices concerning my health. I have been trying different vitamins to be able to add to my daily lifestyle. Most of them, I haven’t been able to stick with because the formulas are a little concerning and others have a weird taste to them that didn’t sit right with me, but this fish oil pill!! Taste way better than it sounds! It has a sort of lemon flavor to make swallowing easier. They have bigger beneficial with less confusing or concerning formulas. I’m so happy I have found the right pill for me to help me be healthier!

I purchased these because I had heard that omega 3 can possibly help with hot flashes- and I feel like it does! I also appreciate that there is no flavor when swallowing the pills, and no fish burps ☺️

I have been taking this supplement for a couple months now and I feel like it has made a noticeable difference in my well being. I have increased concentration, feel stronger and Overall health. It is easy to swallow, no oily after taste and the best is no fishy burps.

I had actually bought this for a relative, who has arrhythmia. I then did some more research and found out that this same exact daily dosage (1200/900) can cause palpitations and likely scramble/worsen arrhythmia and thereby had to neglect giving it to them.Given the upcoming 'best-by' expiration on June 30th of my bottle/order, I decided to keep it and try it for myself. As of day one and after taking all 3 gels at once (in the morning), I definitely feel much better so far, but is definitely too soon to confirm it's a result of these. I've been having high blood pressure symptoms and particularly after eating slightly oily/greasy (steak) meals. I will update this review if any adverse effects arise, but otherwise, looking good so far!
