Dog loves it!!

The puzzle was easy to use and comes fully assembled. The draws and spools are used to hide treats under or in to challenge the pup with finding and removing draw/spool for the treat. There were extra spools sent in a draw string bag. Our 6 month old chocolate lab completed the entire puzzle in 6 minutes the first time. He has since shaved his time significantly. When he gets bored and begins to "talk" for attention, we load up the castle with treats and let him play.

I looks much more difficult than it is. It’s the same motion for almost all of it so as soon as your dog gets that one motion down, it can be done in about as long as it takes to fill it up with treats.

Great Product. My dogs love it. The parts slide well enough. The wood does break if the dog continously chews on it. I looked away for a minute and the chihuahua broke a piece off. They do sell extra pieces rather cheap for replacements so thats good. Best to monitor dogs while playing with it. It is very sturdy and would not tip over. Drawers pull out easy. Arrived very quickly, within a few days to Canada.

My dog loves this puzzle. However, the moment he mastered pulling the drawers open, the rope pull came off. He does have to use his teeth to pull it out--no oppositional thumbs. The return window passed, so I will try and fix it myself.
