These blinds are of great quality considering their price. Prior to going this route, we did get a quote from a company to redo our blinds. But, that was going to cost at least $4000. That is not what we were prepared to do, so we started searching for other options. We stumbled upon these, and they were well worth it!When we got our order of 8 blinds, they came in their own packages along with accessories for each. All of these packages came packed in a single box. Unfortunately, this box had become damaged in shipping and was open at one end and some of the plastic end pieces on the blinds were missing. The blinds were still functional though, and we were able to hang them with no issues with the included accessories. The spring loaded attachment system for the mounting hardware is super easy to attach and detach the blinds. They function very well, and the color looks great too! We ended up going with blue.We did reach out to the vendor regarding the missing pieces. We also had one blind that didn't extend properly. They were very nice to deal with and responsive. They confirmed the size was correct and started working on a replacement. They also sent more than enough extra end pieces! We were able to replace all of the missing pieces and we have some leftover just in case now. They did not require the other blind to be sent back since they owned up to the issue entirely. That was very nice to see and made the return process nice and simple!Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase! They look very good and we feel they are a good deal for the price! The vendor is nice to deal with as well if you need any assistance!

We were quite skeptical about buying custom shades online from China but the reviews and price convinced us to try, hoping Amazon guaranteed would cover us if it did not work out.However, size and style were exactly as we hoped for and in less than three weeks they arrived at our door. Packaging was perfect and all hardware was included. A little difficult to install, but our local handyman was able to adjust the quarter inch mistake I made in measurements.Best part was local shade store was three times the price and wanted 6-8 delivery time for the same quality of shade.

Twelve celluloid drapes ordered:two external mount over pair of French doors: error—both had right-hand cords.Three corded ones all made with right-handed cords: order was for 2 LHS, 1 for RHS cords. Replacement made m, delivery 10 days after; except they are 1” shorter than ordered.Seems an issue with transcribing specification on Amazon order to internal manufacturing paper work.Installation was simple and good fit except for the two LHS coded ones-barely long enough to cover window opening.

I ordered "custom" and asked for a particular size. They were 2 5/8th inches too bigUpon having another person measure for me I learned it was my error in measuring. I would give 4 stars.

As long as you get the corded version and it isn't for too large a window, it should be OK. The un-corded versions of this type of blind have problems retracting from their weight after awhile.But the corded versions I bought were perfectly sized and nice quality, good price.

I have never ordered blinds through Amazon but this was a GREAT experience. They actually came from China by air and the shipping was much shorter than advertised. The cut was perfect from the measurements I provided. NO complaints whatsoever. I would not hesitate at all ordering again for other rooms.
