Needed to get a yoga wheel for my back pain. I have a really tight and stiff back and so far this yoga wheel has been great in creating some easy movement in my back. I use it daily. The quality is great and the pink and gray color is super cute, so that is a plus :)

I've been practicing yoga for several years and don't usually find myself utilizing aides, however I decided it might be worth trying out a yoga wheel.I have found that this is a very effective tool, I particularly enjoy using the largest wheel to support my front leg in the low lunges, as it allows me to really get into the stretch in my back leg and lower back.The item is accompanied by an instructional booklet with visual cues and detailed instructions.I believe these can be useful for more intermediate and advanced practitioners in that they take tension away from key points and help elevate the stretches, a beginner may also find these yoga wheels to be useful in adding extra support and help build stability.I will still practice yoga without these, an active vinyasa or flow practice most likely would not be compatible with these, but for warm ups and stretching they are great to have. I've been using them every day since I've gotten them.

These things work great! Although, they do not just say the brand name on them, they also have a pattern on them that I was trying to avoid and feel it wasn't accurately represented in the photos. I wish it had only said the brand name on them or had no print on them at all. I was hoping to do my own hand burned design but having one already there kinda ruined that plan.

Nice padding and good quality wheels. Felt just as sturdy as other brands. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a good back stretch at home.
