CLASSIC STYLING + PERFECT FIT for my DAD BOD!!
Guys, I gained some weight in my mid-section and I don't have the "V" shape required of me by so many brands. I'm so glad that brands like Dickies and Carhartt don't assume that some some Adonis-looking contestant on the "Bachelor" franchise. I'm a regular-looking 45 year old dude. And this jacket is 100% EXACTLY what I wanted it to be. I also love how the color looks great with my jeans (I bought this jacket in Navy & Black so I could alternate, depending on what color jeans I was am wearing), and it looks perfect. In fact, I look way better than "a regular-looking 45 year old dude" now. Like, I actually look ... good! Rugged construction and classic styling; I've been a fan of Dickies brand stuff since I was a teenager (back in the LAST CENTURY). I really apprectaie the pricepoint, too (unlike Carhartt, which can be stupid-expensive.). This is one of several Dickies items I bought recently and I am really psyched.

and the sleeves are a bit long for me but like other 4x bigs
I appreciate this jacket. I am an engineer and I was working in an industrial engineering facility configuring equipment for a complicated syatem engineering testing program. The space is cooled by large chillers that control both temperature and humidity. I got cold before I ordered this jacket. It was exactly what I needed in terms of size, ruggedness, weight (keeps me warm but not too hot). I am short (5'8") and very broad shouldered and heavy. It fits well for me as I am a 4X big, and the sleeves are a bit long for me but like other 4x bigs. Quality and style was Dickies, which is to say, durable, classic styled real-work clothes. .

Roll Up Your Sleeves And Go To Work
I recently picked up this Dickies Eisenhower jacket for the coming autumn season and I really like it. It’s made of a sturdy polyester and cotton blend which makes it lightweight but heavy enough for somewhat bad weather. I would suggest that if you’d like to get a more slim, tapered look, size down. This may also help with the length of the sleeves. I’m 5’11”, 205 lbs. I typically wear a Large jacket (42” chest) but for some reason, the sleeves run long. Other than that, this work jacket is business up front and a party in the back.

Great work jacket
It was rough and stiff and shiny at first, but a wash and dry took care of those. Looks and feels very durable.

favorite cool weather jacket
These are my favorite jackets to wear in cooler weather. Plenty of pockets, very comfortable, and machine washable.

Love this jacket! Dickies rocks!
Iv been buying this jacket for 15 years. I love this jacket! It is as thin as a shirt but looks good and has pockets and a collar. In the colder weather you can wear a sweatshirt underneath with a hood. This jacket is great for everyday wear. Is sturdy as heck and lasts years even with many washes. The jacket obviously becomes softer with a little wear whereas its quite stiff at first. Oh I totally recommend this jacket! Its great for patches too. The lined Eisenhower jacket is great as well for colder weather Like under 60' ish. I wear the thin jacket all through spring , fall and summer and the lined during the winter. If you have never worn one of these jackets I totally say, Dickies is cool! From skater wear to rockabilly and punk or metal workers , whatever your style or work I highly recommend it because it will last you years and is totally worth the money. The only downfall is there aren't enough pockets, inside pockets would be better i think. Although there is a 'kind-of' inside pocket it isn't sewn to be a proper pocket. Overall yay Dickies Iv been wearing you for 30 years!!
