A newly explored genre🙌
Thrilling and mysterious, 'It Follows You' is a compilation of twelve bone-chilling short horror stories, each revolving around the common pivot of curses, though each unique in their own way. Some of these stories were collected by the author from real-life incidents encountered by her kith and kin, while some were products of her own imagination, but none of them ever spared a moment of monotony or boredom for the readers. I am going to be very honest here, I am the biggest scaredy cat I know, therefore(should have seen this coming) my terrified heart could only manage to get through eight tales(I have finally come to the realisation that I should probably just drop my dream of ever actually completing an entire horror novel) without literally beating right out of my chest. However, I gathered enough of opinions about the book from those eight stories and without further ado, here they go: Each tale was rich with an ample background and genuine characters. I found that some stories were somewhat predicable, and almost all of them had minor punctuation errors, nonetheless all eight seemed extremely well thought and their execution was proper too. My favourites among the stories I read have to be the first one 'Kaal Ratri' and 'The Haunted Highway' because the supernatural elements in both were high while the horror element was only moderate and thus, a horror novice like yours truly could actually enjoy herself with these.A question I would really want to ask the author if I ever get the opportunity is how could she write such stories spooky AT NIGHT WHILE SHE WAS PREGNANT, without being scared witless, because reading only eight of them resulted in quite a few sleepless nights as well as an amazing amount of paranoia for me afterwards, but I assume that horror fans will have a fest with this one and hence, it's recommended on my part to everyone(except such weak hearts as myself that stand at a risk of heart fail due to scare😢✌️)

Be ready for the Goosebumps !!
🕸Keran Pantth Joshi is back with her second book filled with short thrilling and horror stories called 'IT follows you'. I was really looking forward to reading this book because I became a fan of her after reading her first book "Check in check out." Similar to her earlier book the author has complied twelve short horror stories but each ends on the same note- evil or curse following back to the victim. These stories are remarkably written and are captivating to the reader...🕸Out of all the twelve stories that literally gave me goosebumps was the story of Megha who ended losing her life by meeting a person on a dating app. Another story revolves around Dr. Girish an extremely remarkable surgeon who is living a happy life but his world turns upside down when his past comes knocking on his door. They are thrilling stories by the author.🕸As we read ahead, the stories all are as I would put, 'scarier than the previous one'. As the book progresses the stories around it will make the reader think that such things do exist, or the people have really gone through such experiences. Overall I can say this is an extremely well written work by the author and I really really look forward to reading more of her works in the future...➡️Ratings- 5/5 🌟

collection of 12 short horror stories
This book is a collection of 12 short horror stories that will send chills down your spine. Some of the stories were genuinely good with some twisted horror-filled ending which was pretty satisfying. The author has tried to add an element of reality to all the stories so that they look natural. The way the author wrote the poems before starting every story I liked most increased my interest to know what this story would be about. The stories were all disturbing but in a very subtle way. I have to say that the author's writing style is very clean and is also very to the point. The book is gripping with an easy and lucid narration. It is very bluntly narrated, which makes it quite easy going for beginners as well as short story lovers. It makes our mind imagine the spookiness and the eeriness that is felt like each and every story proceeds. The cover page itself is attractive and very much captivating with a beautiful lady.My personal favorite stories in this book are the story named What's your story and This doll belongs to you.The language used in the book is really simple and kept me hooked till the very end.I would recommend this book to every horror lover.

Awesome read of June, 2021
Myself being a nascent reader in the genre of horror, 'It Follows You' by Keran Pantth Joshi Mam delivered the taste of occulty to me which is indeed the essence of the entire book. The 12 short stories are pervaded with the Indian myths and dark tales throughout which connect us with the plots in a more vivid way.The author has expressed her narratives in such a course of action making the readers to binge-read it without having actually to get terrified with the plots.Keran Pantth Joshi mam has also made the book simple for the audience to read sans having to fetch the dictionary often, putting comprehensible lexicons at place.'It Follows You' obviously provides the readers all that the literary world is in need of. The stories are just awesome and fantabulous.Out of all the twelve stories,*Kaal Ratri*The Haunted Highway*The Payback*The Blind Date*The Unwanted Guestare my favourites personally. The micro poems at the threshold of each stories are crisp and spine chilling.'It Follows You' is a book which can be a highly suggested to evolving readers. To rate it, I would like to hit 4.5/5 stars.
