I purchased this for when I go back to work tomorrow now that my maternity leave is over. Usually I just use the wine openers that are given to us from various wine companies and they never seem to last long. I opened this one and was pleased when I picked it up, it's heavier than the other ones made from plastic, and it has a really strong handle that won't bend or break when opening wine in front of a customer. The serrated blade to cut through the outside of the wine bottle is very sharp and will cut through any bottles. I like that the part that goes into the wine bottle is very sturdy and doesn't move and will go straight into the bottle where I need it instead of moving around and going in at a wrong angle to break the cork. My favorite thing is that double-clicker as I call it. Its really strong and being able to partially pull out the cork half way through and then be able to use the second part to get the rest of the cork out makes it very easy for the cork to slide out. I really like this and anyone in the food industry would love it.

I work as a server and open about 100 bottles of wine a day, I bought this well over a year ago and is absolutely perfect, it is stylish, sturdy, and makes opening bottles the easiest it has ever been. I am definitely buying extras in case I lose mine

Excellent. It’s honestly thisclose to being as good as the Pulltap. The only issue is the teeth the act as the counter pressure to leverage the cork out. They are slightly flared outward and thus they lack as much grip/purchase on the bottle’s lip. Sometimes it results in slower removal of the cork. The PullTap is angled inward and gets the perfect grip on the lip. My guess is it’s patented, otherwise Devine would have made it that way. They clearly put a lot of effort into the design and materials. It’s an extremely well-made product.Other than that, I have opened dozens of bottles table-side in a pressured environment. It’s an Italian restaurant with a Sommelier curating the list and teaching us how to open the bottles correctly, so i need a tool that can get the job done. This is almost perfect.A good buy.

This waiter's corkscrew is going to make a wonderful gift. It comes in a nice black box with a formed velvet insert to hold the corkscrew. I took it out of the box to make sure that the quality was high enough to give to my friend who works at a 5 star restaurant, and I was very impressed. I love that it has a small serrated blade to use to cut foil on the bottles to make a nicer presentation. It has a good weight to it and it feels like it wouldn't take a lot of strength to remove the cork with this corkscrew. Plus it has a bottle opener for those guests that prefer beer instead of wine. My friend is going to love it!
